Fantastic hotel from the entrance to the rooms to the super helpful front desk staff. Very pretty and open entrance with a cozy bar and sitting room. Our room was spacious for the money with a full bathroom (Standup shower only though but we don't care) The best bit was that it was a very busy tourist weekend in Bruges and when we checked in the woman at the front desk asked us if we had Saturday night dinner resos (we didn't). Turns out she had pre-booked a block of tables at a number of good local restaurants for hotel guests. Our dinner at Cafedraal was fantastic and it was thanks to her so we were very appreciative. Breakfast is yum - lots of fresh breads, meats, cheeses, excellent Euro brekkie. Location is handy and central - right near Markt Square and the belfry. (And the unmissable 't Brugs Beertje!) We will recommend to any friends and fam. more
