This is a wonderful hotel to relax in, very cosy and full of charm and character. Breakfast is fresh and varied with plenty to satisfy everyone's needs. Bedrooms are spacious, thoughtfully decorated and come with comfortable beds that deliver a great night's sleep. We were very well looked after by the proprietors, including an early breakfast served an hour before... More

This is a beautiful, cozy hotel. They serve a full breakfast with eggs and varied assortment of cold foods. Our bed was comfortable and we got a quiet, good night’s sleep. The spacious room had AC (a life saver during a heat wave). The Patritius is a pleasant 2 minute walk to the Burg. It has a convenient location on... More

Lovely hotel, which used to be a mansion, well situated. Walking distance to the main square. Our room was really big and really nice decorated, and very clean. There is a lovely garden in the back. Great breakfast served in a grand room. The owners are very nice. Parking is available . Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Patritius is a beautiful family run period hotel, although in Ireland it would be classed as a guest house as it only offers bed and breakfast. It is centrally located on a quiet street, moments walk from a canal and about 7 mins walk from the main square. The owners are very nice and very helpful. The rooms are... More

We stayed here for two nights and were made to feel welcome, the owners were professional and helpful. There was plenty to eat at breakfast and the rooms were clean and quiet. There as a lovely garden, sadly the weather meant we couldn't take advantage of it. The hotel is close to the main squares and within easy walking distance... More

We spent three nights in a lovely room at the Hotel Patritius in Bruges. A short walk to the Market Square, shops, museums, restaurants, and everything else you might want to see, we could not have asked for a better location. Excellent breakfast served in a beautiful breakfast room. There is also a lovely garden which we did not have... More

We were so happy to have chosen Hotel Patritius for our stay in Bruges. Located on a quiet street away from the throngs of tourists, it offers large, comfortable rooms, a cozy courtyard, and a nice breakfast room. The owners/proprietors, who live on site, do everything to make your stay enjoyable. We found it an easy walk to everything we... More

Stayed for a "girls" weekend to celebrate our 50th birthdays. The hotel offers bed and breakfast in elegant surroundings. The room was spotlessly clean and breakfast had a good variety and was replenished often. Just be careful when booking the room is the right size for your party. We wanted a twin but there was little room to pull our... More

I seldom provide a 5 rating for a hotel but the Hotel Patririus is a true gem in a great, quiet location with a charming atmosphere. The rooms are of various sizes but everything is clean and well maintained. A high quality breakfast is served in an elegant dining room and an adjacent sitting room is a welcoming meeting place... This small, family-run, hotel is located in historic Brugge, only a few blocks north of the Burg Square. It occupies an 1830's mansion which is well maintained and clean. As per most older hotels in Europe, our very quiet and comfortable room was just a bit small; but the view out the window to the garden area made up for... More
