Spent two nights here, loved the room, we were up the very top (3rd floor) which did mean lots of stairs but very worth the walk up with the view out of our room. Great location right in the old city. Breakfast was fantastic as was our host. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved this place and wish we could stay again. Laurence is so friendly and accommodating and willing to be assistance in any way possible. The breakfast is very good and there is more than enough to go around. The place itself has clearly been renovated and they do what they can to keep it modern while maintaining character.... More

I stayed here for an extended weekend and it was perfect. I drove my car and parked in the centrum t'zand parking lot and the hotel was a few yards away. I saw other people dragging their suitcases all of over town and felt very bad for them, but for me it was very easy and close. It is kind... More

We showed up in Bruges without hotel reservations and this hotel was suggested to us by the Tourism office. We parked our car in a nearby parking garage and walked a couple blocks to our hotel. We met our gracious hosts and were given a massive room on the top floor. The hotel is slightly dated. There is no elevator... More

We recently visted Bruges and very fortunate to stay in the Hotel Groeninghe . It was close to the main shopping district as well as places of interest . Breakfast was included in our rate and we were more than satisfied with the offerings . The pastries were fresh and the coffee was delicious . Our rooms were small but... More

We would definitely stay here again. The managers are very friendly and helpful. Great selection of breakfast foods. It is walking distance to Bruges attractions. There are bikes available for rental. The rooms are what you would expect - small with hard beds but it is definitely worth it to stay right in the middle of the quaint streets of... More

Our 3rd stay here must say something!! This is a lovely family run hotel. Laurence works very hard to ensure her guests are well looked after. Continental breakfast has a great selection. Fresh strawberries awaiting each table. Boiled eggs freshly cooked. Pa's freshly baked bread & his preserves are awaiting. Rooms refurbished, have everything you would need for a short... More

This hotel was a little bit more expensive than we wanted to pay at 95 euros but as it is in an excellent location it is well worth the money. The room was nice and clean and the breakfast was wonderful with lots of fresh fruits and delicious pastries! The owners are helpful and friendly. Would definitely come back. Parking... More

In May traveled about Belgium and Holland. This property was our least enjoyable. Had the weirdest bathtub I have ever seen. If we had been handicapped no way we could have taken a shower in the enclosure. Breakfast was stale. Eventho breakfast was included in our room we ate elsewhere. Owner of property was not very friendly. We booked the... More

Stayed three nights and really enjoyed it here. Great breakfast of breads, yogurt, home-made jellies, lunch meats and cheeses and good coffee! The host is very friendly and helpful with tips for the area. Quiet street but close to everything (and a short walk to the train for daytrips elsewhere...I went up to the coast and explored the resort towns... More
