This little hotel is perfectly situated.. 10 mins walk from the station through the lovely park, a stone's throw from the center of Bruges but in a backstreet so with no nigh-time noise. The small (superior double) but perfectly formed room with an equally small, but functional bathroom was fine. Lovely self-service buffet breakfast, with good coffee, which we enjoyed... More

Great hotel, great location, great breakfast and lovely staff. What more can you ask? the rooms are large, clean and modern. so close to all nice things to see in Bruge but on a quiet street so you dont get all the noise from the party people.

I booked a room on this hotel and informed I would require a late check-in. The hotel agreed to the check-in hour and provided an access code to the door. When I arrived after 22 hours of travel, the code to the door did not work and I was left on the street (all this at 11:15 PM) trying to... More

Dear guest, Thank you for posting your experience on Tripadvisor, your comments are important to us, as they help us improving our service. We are sorry about what happened the day of your arrival. We have given you the wrong code to get in once the hotel is closed at night. The system works perfectly, just the code was not... More

My grown son and I stayed here in May, we reserved one of the top rooms with the beamed ceilings and it was beautiful .!The breakfast was good, the woman at the front desk was so nice and helpful and friendly. The bathroom had been remodeled, and the only complain I had was the shower floor was slippery so maybe... More

A charming hotel in the back streets of Bruges, in close proximity to all the major sights. Our room was comfortable and had excellent views, the buffet breakfast was very nice and plentiful. It also has a cosy bar with a roaring open fire for the colder evenings

I am very glad to have stayed here because of it's location. The staff speaks English and we're accommodating and hospitable. The number of occupants are well managed so that it did not appear crowded for the size of this place. Basic amenities in good working condition. Reasonable price plus breakfast included. Really saves time. Do book in advance...think this... More

Not much more to add. Perfect location. Simple but cosy and homely with everything you need, not more. And good taste. Reception is very basic as they normally have just one youngster in charge of everything but they do a great job.

Unfortunately due to illness we only spent one night in Bruges rather than the 2 we planned, but the delightfully eccentric Isabelle made sure that all was fine on the lodgings front and helped us find parking easily. Room clean and comfortable, breakfast fine, the Markt a 5 minute walk, price very reasonable, what more could one want ?

This hotel is walking distance to everything---from the train station, the city center and tourist attractions. The Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The reason (s) I gave it 3 star is that: upon entering my room, I noticed that the trash can in my room was still full of the last occupants' rubbish--- beer cans, water bottles,... More
