We booked a classic room for four nights and enjoyed Bruges for five days. Looking back: + Good location if you want to be close to great restaurants, landmarks and night life. + Great service by the staff, the people at the reception desk are very helpful and the bar staff is excellent. +/- Nice continental breakfast, although it doesn't... Spent a night at the Flanders hotel and found it extremely satisfying and relaxing. Its location is central and few minutes of walking from all main attractions in Bruges. Breakfast was nice with good variety. The limited parking spaces outside were quite handy. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

We had room 14. The worst room I have ever seen in a hotel of this category, maybe in a 2* or 3*. The only one in -1, with small windows looking at the garden of the bar. The carpet was old, dirty and smelly. Not confortable matress.I must say I loved breakfast. But I will never go back there or... More

Stayed here earlier in the year. We had a very nice room, clean and modern with a big bathroom and lots of space. The whole hotel is modern, nicely decorated and very clean. It's in a great location. Just a few minutes walk from the main square in Bruges and easy walking distance from all the main attractions.

Decided to take my wife to Bruges for a few days. Booked room directly with hotel after reviewing on Trip advisor. Requested non-smoking room, ideally at the rear of hotel (advised quieter) and not on the ground floor- which was provided (room 112). We paid a little more for a slightly larger room with air conditioning. I suppose a little... More

We stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights and had a fantastic time. Parking is available via the hotel for about 14 euros per 24 hours. We were greeted by very friendly helpful staff. The room was large, modern and very clean. We booked last minute and found the rate very reasonable. The hotel is very close to... More

A friendly welcome, happy to look after our bags as we arrived before the room was ready. Easy to find in a quiet location only a leisurely 10 minute walk from the Markt. We were given a large, clean, quiet and comfortable Club room with air conditioning on the third floor. The Pescatarian enjoyed a yummy cocktail and the Carnivore... More

Came here on a trip with my wife and parents. We booked this as it was the only reasonably priced 4 star place available that weekend. I thought it was great value for the money. Our room was spacious, the bathroom enormous, they have a small pool if it is warm out, and it is maybe maximum 10 minutes walking... More

It's a nice hotel for a citytrip. Location: good (5 min walking from the centre) Parking: 14 euro per day Breakfast: ok, but expensive Room: we got the classic room, nice room, enough space, big bathroom, we had airco but the window we kept open for some coldness, the bed was soft so i could sleep that good. Hotel: it's... More

We were given a basement room (N°14) with little windows open into the path going to the hotel bar. The room looked nothing like the white clean photos seen on the hotel website. Notwithstanding summer outside and +28° temperature, our room was heated. Without air conditioner and with no air coming from little windows we had, we were dying from... More
