I found the location of the hotel to be good. It wasn't right in the center of the town, so was nice and quiet, with the centre of town being a 10 minute walk away. The hotel was clean with a charming atmosphere and breakfast was great. The staff were verty good at providing recommendations for eating out. more

The hotel is simple, clean, and perfect for anyone on a budget or who aren't willing to spend a fortune on a room. The room we were in was small but perfect for 2 people. The bed was a little squidgy for us, but it was comfy enough for our stay. It is not rock hard which was quite nice.... more

Quiet hotel in a nice area. A few minutes walk from the main sites. Reception was good, room was nice (courtyard view). It was very clean although it had the slightest trace of wet mop smell, not bad but noticeable by the door. more

This hotel is spotlessly clean and tidy. Very welcoming, friendly and obliging staff. Ample, excellent choice of continental breakfast. English speaking staff. Quiet, safe location yet only minutes from the Markt and other attractions in this lovely city. more

This very well located small hotel exudes charm & Bruges flavor, but the best part was the service provided by the owner. In addition to a welcoming lobby, coffee pot & minibar in the room, & even a small table for eating in the room, the owner personally presided over a very well appointed breakfast attractively served with ample tables... more

My husband, daughter and I spent three nights this Easter at the Bryghia Hotel. We had the room nr 40 in the 3rd floor: airy, immaculately clean, with views over the canal. Although it's a triple room, it was rather small, but comfortable all the same. Lovely breakfast and very good customer service. We travel quite often, and have visited... more

Just back from a 3-night Easter break at the Bryghia Hotel Bruges. The hotel is located on a quiet street about 10 minutes walk northeast of the Markt, but still very much in the heart of the old town. In fact, the location here is arguably more atmospheric and certainly less noisy than the area round the Markt/Burg where the... more

We stayed for 2 nights at the end of March the hotel is lovely, very clean and well kept by the owners who are very helpful. They let us check in early and leave our bags on the last day. We had a view of the canal at no extra cost and the room was spacious and clean, the breakfast... more

We stayed at the Bryghia Hotel for 2 nights in March 09. From the outside the hotel is very cute, and right by the canal. We didn't have a canal view room, nor felt the need to have one - this is personal preference. The canal is right by the hotel and as we weren't in the room that much... more

The hotel is reasonably close to the Grote Markt. The rooms are well-decorated, but a little cosy. I would recommend this hotel. However, don't bother paying for the canal view, it's not that impressive. more
