Went here with a group of friends, we got a private room between 4 as we had read that the showers involved going outside - but the private room gets their own shower which was nice. The hostel staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The steps to the rooms are steep and narrow so be careful and I... More

The staff were very friendly. The lady who checked us in was in charge of about 5 things at once, but was very nice. Warning:Do not bring big baggage to this hostel. Leave it at the train station. You likely will not be able to get it up the narrow, winding staircase. It was incredibly difficult AND we were only... More

I've stayed in a lot of hostels, but this was honestly the WORST hostel I've ever been to. staff was okay enough, but the facilities were absolutely horrendous. there is a bar downstairs (which is normally cool) except all of the older local men come there to drink all day and night. there is a smoking area outside, right outside... One of my favorite hostels! Yes, it is not the best rooms ... but there's is an incredible atmosphere, friendly and nice staff, and of course a pub with performance of the music groups. I really liked there! I want visit this hostel and this beautiful city again!

Visited last summer before going to Rock Werchter festival. Perfect place to stay for a couple of days. While there wasnt a huge amount going on in Bruges, this provided a lovely relaxed place with great drink prices and like-minded people. Very helpful staff, with where to go in town - and helped us when needing somewhere to store our... More

I met up with an English friend at the bar in Snuffel Hostel which was where I was staying. He hadn't booked a room anywhere in Bruges that night but after speaking briefly with the manager he was able to secure a room later in the evening, which is a flexibility I rarely see in hostels today. The owner is... More

I really enjoyed this hostel! I'll be honest, I first chose it for the name, it's just cute. The hostel was great. The room was up some pretty windy steep stairs and the beds were a bit old, but it was cosy. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The showers were not good. I was only here for one night... More

The guy at the reception bluntly told us they had changed our reservation with no further explanation or apology whatsoever so they split us up in different rooms. Other than the rude staff, it was a bit too pricey for what it was. Only the bar was really cheap and had a wide range of Belgian beers.

I was travelling alone over Christmas and I stayed at this place for just one night. The guy on the desk was the sweetest hostel receptionist I have ever met. Inside it was cosy and small, with a clean and functional kitchen. It had a lovely, cosy atmosphere. The showers were a bit hilarious but nevertheless they were warm, clean... More
