Stayed in hotel one night during break to bruges. Very helpful and friendly staff, varied breakfast with hot and cold options, plenty of choices, and all round good service. Lots of wooden decor so a big plus for those seeking the whole medieval bruges theme. Minor downside in that our room had no fitting to put the shower head on... More

We could only spent 2 nights as its was booked out. Service is excellent and rooms comfortable, except the bathtub has no shower curtains and hence creates a mess; I also had trouble to get out after having a bath, because it was very slippery. Breakfast is excellent and incl hot items. I would come back any time. Staff is... More

Usually I wait until my stay is finished before writing my review but not this time! We have stayed 1 night out of the 3 we have booked and we are blown away. When booking I looked for a hotel with a little character, towards the centre of Bruges and with good reviews. I wanted something special for us to... More

Hotel is converted from a 200 yrs. old building, close to square but very, very hard to find even with the help of GPS. Hotel has 24 hrs. receptionist and bar. The hotel also has parking garage for 20 euro per/day. Bottle water cost you $1.90 USD. Unless you need all the services that mentioned above, otherwise, it is not... More

I was a little sceptical about this hotel after quite mixed reviews however I needn't have worried. When we arrived after an excellent journey we were shown to our room which was neat and tidy, very clean and quite spacious. The room had period furniture in it and the view was of the canal which was what we had asked... More

Room was much bigger than anticipated and it overlooks the canal. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that helped out with town information. Since its an old hotel from the 16th century, no elevator is available. No issue unless you hate stairs. Great location that is only a few minutes walk to the town centre.

Stayed here for three nights. Lovely room. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast a good start to the day. The city is so friendly and pretty. Eating in the main square a bit expensive. Go down the side streets join the locals!!!! Chill with good beers and watch the world go by!! Went to Salvador Dahli exhibition which I enjoyed not... More

One more hint- this is what it looked like yesterday....very nice and quite knowledgable about the city. There's a lot to see and do in Brugge but it's also very, very pricey, more than Ghent even. There is a prepaid breakfast on the bottom floor which is quite good, and the rooms and bathrooms are spacious, beds comfortable, and very... More

The location of this hotel is the only good thing that there is to it. They only have 2 parking spots for something like 20€. Their stuff just recommended us to park the car on the street and put in a parking disc, that you have to change every 4 hours. Breakfast was included for us, and it was ok.... More

Stayed for a long weekend. Lovely room (superior double) - nice a quiet, fairly large, all the expected amenities. Good breakfast spread. Great location - less than 10 minutes walk to market square. Literally have no complaints about this place!
