My boyfriend and I stayed here for three nights from Feb 14th to Feb 17th. It was our first trip to Brugge and we really wanted to stay somewhere quite central that was also good value, this hotel was everything we wanted. It's idyllicly set on one of the many bridges in Brugge and a 5 minute walk to the... More

I spent 4 days in this hotel and found it to be quite charming. The facilities are basic but the location is great. BE AWARE: The reception closes at 21:00h and the hotel is locked up so if you arrive after this time you cannot get in without a key as the staff have gone home. Luckily we arrived before,... More

My stay here was completely positive. It was very clean, pleasant, and quiet at a great price. Not only that, but my room had a great view of the canal. Overall I had the impression that the hotel was a great value; I have stayed at places with similar prices and not found them to have nearly the same quality.... More

Recently stayed in this quaint little hotel. Location was perfect and some of the rooms had beautiful views. Even though our room was small it was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The only fault I had was on 3 separate occasions in three separate rooms in our party one of the staff entered... More

First of all, Bruges is just beautiful. The people are lovely and very helpful. Our stay at Hotel Ter Reien was brilliant from start to finish. The staff are informative and friendly, with help and advice for the best places to go for a coffee and cake, food or events. It was impeccably clean and full of character. We requested... More

We stayed there two nights during Christmas time and were impressed by the quality of the place for a budget hotel. We had a room for three persons which was very decent though the bathroom was a little rundown. Staff was friendly. The highlight was definitely the copious and delicious breakfast.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and it really is just a good quality hostel. The rooms are very small and basic, the bed was so soft it felt like you would fall through it and whilst the sheets looked clean the bathroom and communal areas needed to be in better condition and needed a good scrub. The... More

Good value for money hotel in close proximity to the old town. For best view ask for a canal view room, rooms are small but adequate for a short break. Continental breakfast in morning has a good choice. Bruges is definitely worth a visit at Christmas it's stunning.

We were travelling with friends to Bruges for a long weekend and whilst looking for a hotel found this one. We were delighted that we stayed here as it is in a lovely area within a very short stroll from the city centre. Parking is less than 100 metres from hotel in a multilevel car park. Young lady on reception... More

This is a 'boutique ' hotel in the strict sense. It is very well located adjacent the old town. We were allocated a room on 1st floor [despite asking for a canal view]. Room 112 was tiny. We requested and received a bigger room with a separate toilet on floor 2 [207]. WiFi available at a daily cost [ridiculous in... More
