The only good thing about this place was how close it is to the station and the city center. That apart, this place is a dump. The last time I stayed in such a place was during my backpacker days in some hostel in London and I feel that hostel was better than this. The hotel provided a pathetic room,... More

Stayed here for 1night. Situated in a great location, close from the station, in between 2 main shopping streets that lead towards the cathedrals and Grote market. My room was large for a single. Lovely interior, well coordinated. Bed was a double (2singles pushed together) which is fine since the mattress was great! Loved the firmness. Pity I couldn't enjoy... More

Booked a 3 night break at this hotel to visit this wonderful city,,we had a delux twin room which was clean, tastefully furnished but lacks that little bit of attention to detail.the room we had was quiet with views of the cathedral.the staff were really helpful ,parking is near by and less then 26 euros for 3 days so a bargain,Breakfast... Booked for a weekend during Nov this year. The hotel is in a great position close to everything in the center of Bruges. It's tastefully furnished in the rooms but lacks any frills. I didn't get disturbed by the noise at night but if you are in the room after mid morning, the street comes alive with dodgy music being... More

I stayed at the Lace Hotel last weekend and overall I would say if you are looking a for a no frills hotel then this does the job. When we initially arrived we were placed in a room at the front of the building and yes it was noisy at night like in other reviews but no wanting to ruin... More

happy we booked a room here. good value for money! PROS: location is excellent. in the old town but close to many bars and restaurants. our room was still quiet enough. the room was large and comfortable. CONS: the hotel is a bit strangely built: tight stairs, tiniy reception and worst thing is WIFI is only available in the main... More

The location is very good, right next to the 't Zand square. It is close to several restaurants and a few minutes walking from the city center. It might be a little bit noise at night because there are several pubs around. The bathroom was a little bit small, but OK.

Had to stay at the Lace Hotel because the Floris Hotel had "overbooked" and we were located. Our room was above the night club and we couldn't open the window because of the noise of the music. Wouldn't not recommend staying here.

I booked the Hotel Floris, after doing extensive research, but arrived to find out they had overbooked TWENTY rooms and had relocated everybody to other hotels. It was our misfortune to be relocated to the Lace Hotel, which was right in the Old Town, but had all the outside cafes and bars directly in front of the window. Although assured... More
