The hotel location is almost perfect - jn midway between the historic center and the railway station. In both directions you'd walk about 10 minutes. But the place is quite noisy. On the square opposite the hotel they organize their weekly City Fair. But there are many cafes and shops. Rooms are fairly clean, spacious and nicely decorated. However the... More

We stayed in the restaurant only (the position is fancy) but out impression was not good.. The menù the Walter provided us with was for tourist only and the prices were very high for very simple dishes. An example grilled chicken or pork 22-25 eur... We chose a dish not included in the list, a belgian tipical one called croque... More

The hotel is buit on top of a successful restaurant, located in the center of Bruges, and is probably quite old. The rooms are completely renovated and very clean. The bed for the single room, while smalll in size, had a very high quality matress and I slept like a baby!

We couldn't find this place as it came up it is a part of restaurant and you actually have to go through the restaurant which is a bit strange. You check in at the restaurant counter and they give you a key to the bathroom while all people in the restaurant are sitting around.....it's a bit dodge. The room itself... More

I booked through booking.com -- as I often have before -- and this place was the absolute worst place I have ever stayed. There were clothes from the previous guest still in the closet, and the room stank -- a putrid scent I later traced to the kitchen below us. The breakfast was crap, the service even worse. Then, after... More

As you first approach this hotel you will notice that the ground floor is a nice looking restaurant; dont be fooled! We booked this room through Laterooms.com and were quite looking forward to our stay, but when we went to our room we had quite a shock,it seems that the images of the hotel on laterooms.com were taken when the... When we arrived our rooms were not made-up from the previous occupant and there was a bucket of filthy tea-towels soaking in the corner. They made up the room, but the blankets still stank. Later that night we couldn't sleep as the rooms have NO HEATING and the whole hotel was FREEZING cold (We each had an itchy smelly blanket,... More

This hotel is located on the plaza near the new concert hall and only a short walk from the train station and the central market square. Also on the positive side was the cost of 49 Euro per night for a double room with breakfast. The breakfast was also fairly tastey. However, the room itself had some serious problems. Fist,... More

Look at the price for the rooms? Cheap, yes? Seem like a good deal? Well, you get exactly what you pay for -- nothing. This hotel is not a hotel at all. Rather it is a restaurant that decided to use its upper area as a hotel. To begin with, for 46EURO, they claimed you will get a room with... More

First of all, I regret that you had a bad experience in our hotel! I want to apologize for the inconvenience that you had! I also want to let you know that we have just renovated the hotel and are looking forward to welcome new customers! As we are a low-budget family hotel with not much comfort, the prices are... More
