I had a very bad experience with the hotel. Guests who plan to arrive after 14 o'clock are asked to make a FULL payment 30 days IN ADVANCE by money transfer. Credit card is not possible, deposit is not possible but a full payment in advance. The hotel does not trusted the guests and fear that should they plan to... More

Easy to find walking from train station. I really like that it is a family run bed and breakfast type establishment. You have to confirm you are coming that day between 8-10 am via text, call, or email. We arrived midday and our room was ready, so we paid cash and put our luggage down. Our room had a small... More

We don't usually stay at a "shared bathroom" type hotel but this was the only hotel we could afford on our budget. We were a little nervous about it all but so happy once we got to our room. The hotel is literally a 5 minute walk from the train station and with our heavy backpacks that was a godsend.... More

As what most other reviewers have mentioned, the hotel is very near the train station and an easy walk to Bruges town centre. The rooms are very clean and very homely! Hosts Stefan and Hilde are also very friendly and helpful - my family decided to join me at the last minute and I had only booked for a double... More

The hotel is less than a 5 minute walk from the train station and very easy to find. It was only 44 euro a night for a twin room with a bathroom down the hall. That's cheaper than most hostels! The rooms and furniture were a bit older but very clean. There is a sink in each room which was... More

This is a great place to stay if you're looking for a good value that's an easy walk from the train station. The rooms are all very clean and have a homey feel, with decorations and artwork by the hosts' kids. Bathrooms are shared and at the end of the hall, but they're also clean and in good condition. Breakfast... More

This hotel has a great location, as it's very near the train station, and Bruges is small enough to walk just about anywhere. The room was very clean and cute, and the staff was very helpful. Excellent value! More

From our first contact via telephone we experienced superior and friendly service. Hilda and Stefaan went out of their way to accommodate us and provided excellent advice that helped make our trip an enjoyable one. The rooms are comfortable, clean and affordable. However, if you are looking for the size and amenities of a five star hotel this is not... More

My husband and I arrived late because of a train issue, and the owners kindly left us a key to our room so we could get in despite the late hour. They were very accommodating and had good advice about what to see and do. The room was comfortable, and despite sharing a bathroom down the hall we never had... More

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here for 4 nights and would recommend to any budget traveler. Bread breakfast with spreads and tea and coffee, too. Could have used some protein, but better than nothing. Sharing a toilet and shower were new to us, but worked out fine. The shower was my least favorite part of our stay -... More
