Upon arrival we were advised to wait until 2pm before we were able to check in. Not a problem, allowed to leave luggage in reception, also given early check-in at 20 past 1. The rooms are very basic bust spacious. The single beds were rather hard and uncomfortable to sleep on however after a tiring day was good to sleep... More

We stayed there for 3 nights. Bruges, well what can I say..the entire part of the old city is magnificent. But after walking through all the attractions it is always good to have a nice and quite place to sleep. The hotel is nicely situated by the canal, but not the the one that most people will wonder around, but... More

It is a 2 star hotel. If you book it, don't expect luxury. Friendly service, mostly clean and very good quiet location. Double bed was in fact 2 large singles put together, quite firm. We didn't have a bath, but a good shower. Complimentary breakfast was good. Nothing really negative. Would stay there again.

recently spent a weekend celebrating partners birthday and found this hotel to be very reasonably priced we stayed in a first floor room which overlooked the side street although we had requested a canal view the room was clean and surprisingly quite spacious and the double bed was leaning more towards a king size the down points were the dated... Lots of very positive things about this small and friendly hotel. We stayed here for a long weekend in Bruges, Saturday to Monday. The reception and breakfast staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic and a bit old-fashioned, but they are perfectly clean and comfortable. The double bed was firm and comfortable with spotless bed linen. We... More

Booked through a discount website at £41 for a twin room including breakfast for two. Wife found the bed a bit hard but it suited me. Warm in the middle of winter, shower and WC, towels, shower cap & soap all good. No tea or coffee facilities just took the edge off this being a perfect stay. The lift was... More

The hotel was located at a 5 minute walking distance from the centre of Bruges. It was a cute hotel with very friendly staff. However, the lift was really tiny and with 2 suitcases and 2 adults there was no room to move! The room was poorly lit and a bit cramped but with good facilities and amenities. The breakfast... More

Stayed here for three nights over the New Year. A nice hotel although our room was a bit small. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. A good selection of foods for breakfast with plenty of tea and coffee. Situated an easy ten minute stroll from the main market square, with secure car parking although... More

We went to Bruges start of December 13 for Christmas Markets. Although not in the main square, it was a very nice walk to the hotel which was in a great location just opposite the waterways and a bridge. Those with disabilities however may struggle to get to this hotel unless using a taxi. The public areas of hotel were... More

My friend and I stayed two nights at the Europ Hotel in October. It's not the most central hotel, but Bruges is small and it's less than a ten minute walk to Market and Burg Squares. It is pretty far from the train station, however the bus runs frequently to Market square. The hotel faces a canal and some rooms... More
