We booked a stay in Europ Hotel less than 24 hours before our arrival in Bruge. The deal was really good, 110euro for two nights, breakfast included. The location of Europ hotel is very convinient close to the city center in a quiet neighbourhood infront of a canal. I got the feeling that it is a family business runed by family... More

Very good price for the location, couple of minutes of walk to the Square and its located by a beautiful canal. Staff is amazingly friendly and caring. We decided to skip the breakfast as it didnt attract us but for this price you dont really need one.

This place was a real gem. It is outside the main canal so much more reasonably priced - but still just a few minutes stroll from the square. Service was excellent - helpful with recommendations for eating etc. Breakfast was plentiful and varied - but not especially great. Rooms tired, but comfortable and at a good price. Poor strength on... More

Where to start. Staff was rude. We found black mold in our room. Reported it. Staff acted like it was no big deal. They were rude. I explained my wife is very sensitive to mold and Bleach and nicely asked them to either remove the mold without bleach or move us. They couldn't move us. They agreed to remove without... More

This property is in dire need of upgrades on every front. Linens were paper thin and like sandpaper, with holes, furniture was rickety and literally was a hodge-podge collection of cheap Ikea throw-always, tv didn't work, free internet didn't work from the 2d floor. We stayed with friends in 2 rooms and our room was in far worse condition for... More

We were visiting Bruges with my girlfriend last week and stayed at Europ Hotel for one night. Walking distance from centre town, free wifi, reception was welcoming and helpful, breakfast wasn't exciting but ok. Small car park just nearby, often busy. Disappointment came with the room that seriously needs a refurbishment for the price they charge. We did not feel... More

We were a party of three, visiting the Christmas Market (which wasn't that amazing) Hotel very convenient for centre, a few minutes walk, but it is sadly in need of a refurbishment, bed linens worn but clean, room wasn't overly clean, glass rings on dressing table. However the reception was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for you, parking is... More

Great local, walking distance to main square, staff provided excelent tips of the city. I was able to park around the hotel (weekend) with no parkimeter needed. Breakfast just regular, but nice that was included in the price...
