The room we had was not super modern, but as we only spent one night I have nothing to complain about. The staff was friendly, and the hotel is very central with everything right outside the door. If you arrive before the check in, or want to spend more time in the city after check-out they have a storage room... More

Dear, Thank you for your kind words. We are indeed minutes away from the many fine bars and pubs in Bruges with their wide slections of beers. The happy hour in our bar from 8PM till 9PM is also interesting for beer lovers as all the draught beers are half price. Kind regards, Nicolas Thieren More

Dear, Thank you for your review after your visit to Bruges, we are glad to read that you enjoyed it. It is always interesting to reserve the breakfast in advance. Even when you are already at the hotel. Reserving the breakfast the day before will give you a discount of 5 euro per person or 12 euro in stead of... More

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, the room was well appointed. The staff and facilities were excellent! We were just metres away from the market and could stroll around every night in search of a new restaurant to try of which there were numerous. What a beautiful city would love to go back!

This a perfectly located hotel adjacent to the wonderful historic attractions of beautiful Brugge. The rooms were very comfortable and well appointed, great breakfast, very courteous and helpful staff. We were lucky enough to have a room with a balcony, albeit tiny by balcony standards...but it was lovely nonetheless. To sum up...it contributed to a lovely stay in Brugge. Thumbs... More

For our weekend in Brugge this was ideal being located adjacent to the square and Xmas markets. The towers is immediately in front of the Hotel and the challenge of 400 steps was rewarded with spectacular views. The Hotel is warm and friendly. Car park is underneath but difficult to find but worth the effort as parking in the area... More

We booked this hotel for three nights in late January. Despite it being freezing outside the hotel and room was toasty warm, we had the most comfortable bed, our room was large and roomy the bathroom and shower was equally roomy and had been cleaned to a very high standard. We didn't eat in the hotel the offer was there... More

The hotel is only 2 minutes stroll away from the Market Square, so could hardly be more central. The staff were friendly and professional, and just after check-in a small problem with the room safety box was quickly resolved. Bed was comfortable, and although the decor of the bedroom was a bit drab, the room and adjoining bathroom were very... More

Dear, Thank you for pointing out the confusing information in the guest directory in the rooms. We are going to revise all of them to keep them up-to-date so that every guest has the correct information. It is published at the reception desk and in the elevators but we do need to correct the directories in the room. Kind regards,... More

What a lovely find. Drove over from Sussex last Saturday to have a nose around Brugge. Nice hotel slap bang in the middle of all the action, underground secure parking (€25). Not the most luxurious of hotels, it looks a lot nicer from the outside. Our room was quite dark and pokey but clean and the staff were very professional.... More

We were charged an arm and a leg for the room probably for it's great location. But if you're a light sleeper stay away! You can hear everything in floor and through the walls. You'd think for that price they could do something about that! The workers were nice, the room was average. Wouldn't stay there again.
