We stayed here during a three day visit to Bruges. The location was great - ten minute walk to the centre, and opposite the canal. All staff were friendly, especially the receptionist who assisted two slightly lost and tipsy ladies with sending a taxi! The room was a good size with a balcony, clean and airy with a lovely en... Many issues here... However more concerning... We put a do not disturb sign on our door and they came in anyway and put the dnd sign back on our table. Then when we came in she knocked on the door and walked in before I had the chance to get up and hastily asked if everything was ok. Seemed shifty.... More

Just a one night (Saturday) stay in this very comfortable hotel. Much larger than looks from the frontage. In a very quiet spot and I would say closer to a 15 minute walk than the 5-10 mins that some reviewers have mentioned. There are a reasonable number of parking spaces in an underground car park behind the hotel for which... More

10 minute walk into centre of Bruges. Canal side location. Hotel main areas are in need of updating. Room was comfortable and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Probably equivalent to a travelodge. Quite expensive for what it was.

We are staying here as part of a tour for a long weekend. Our rooms were not ready when we arrived even though we were told they would be and there was nowhere to securely store your luggage and the bar was closed so we could not get a drink whilst we waited. The room itself is nice and the... More

We only stayed for one night but we were very impressed with how helpful the staff were, allowing us to leave our bags pre-check in time so we could explore Bruges. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the centre. Our room was clean and comfortable. I loved the Japanese garden in the middle of the hotel, really... More

We used this hotel for its location within walking distance of centre and atractions. The room we had was 1st floor overlooking "japan themed garden" so no noise but road outside front very quiet anyway. A pity the Japanese restaurant was not open as made hotel look very dark at night as this is on frontage. Also meant very limited... More

Behind the facade of an old building in central Bruges lies a surprisingly large, modern-ish hotel. It is downhill from there onwards: gloomy decor, dopey reception staff, missing bar-man, lift so slow it must be powered by a hamster on a wheel, dodgy wi-fi (possibly powered by same hamster), etc. The only bright spot was built-in USB chargers by the...
