We stayed at the Hans Memling in December for the Christmas Markets. The hotel has a fantastic location and you can walk everywhere. The rooms were plain and simple but clean and tidy. Staff were friendly. Breakfasts were lovely...buffet style with scrambled eggs, bacon, cereals, croissants, pastries, tea and coffee. A great base for a stay in Bruges. more
