Stopped here on a short sightseeing break to Bruges. Location of hotel is excellent being so close to the main market square. Staff were pleasant and welcoming. Hotel public areas are pleasant enough. Free coffee/tea area was a bonus. Loved the parrot! Bathroom in the bedroom was clean and modern. Room was spacious and adequate. The white wooden furniture I... More

Had a really nice stay here for one night, hotel is a little dated, but rooms are much better, clean and tidy with a modern bathroom. Reception is very helpful, can help with maps and directions for the city. Hotel has underground parking for €15 too. Location is perfect, 5 minutes from the main square, shops and bars. I would... We loved our stay at this hotel, the receptionist SOFIE was so helpful and friendly. Our room was fabulous, we had a deluxe room, which to be honest is more of a suite, with a big comfortable living area opening out onto our own terrace. The bathroom was located down another corridor and offered the biggest array of toiletries I... More

Could not find a better location to walk into town- not much street noise either. Had a family room which worked well for our family. Slept four easily and a good size room for all of us. Walked right into town, just steps away to dining and shopping. Very pleasant staff. Even a bird int he lobby that talks. Large,... More

I just returned from a European trip where we spent ~24 hours in Bruges. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the main square and a good price. We weren't disappointed - it's very easy to get to the market square from here and really the rest of the Bruges. The room was spacious and well kept (and we... More

We drove to Brugge on the recommendation of a friend. We didn't plan on staying but when we pulled into town we fell in love with it. Unfortunately it was a busy weekend and most of the hotels were booked. I called the Acacia hotel and was able to book a room for the night. Virginie was so welcoming and... More

Although not easy to find by car, once found parking is secure and the location within easy walking distance to all the museums and tourist attractions. Don't be put off by the hotels unassuming frontage : inside it is quiet, elegant and clean with large rooms. A good unrushed breakfast is provided in either the pleasant breakfast room or tranquil terrace.... More

We were a family of four children and two adults sharing two rooms next to each other. The staff were very friendly, the atmosphere in the reception was calm and the rooms were clean. In the morning we had a good breakfast at the hotel with a variety (enough) for all of us. Highly recommendable.

Stayed two nights as base to tour the first world war battlefields. Very good location in the center of things but in a quiet side street. The breakfast was fine but I liked the coffee best. Staff excellent and very friendly.
