We stayed here at the end of November 2013 for a long weekend just as the Christmas market had opened up. We stayed as two couples and our rooms were in our own little floor with no other rooms around. This was ideal as the rooms were opposite each other so perfect for making arrangements for going out. Yes it... More

Have just returned from a three day trip to Bruges. The hotel was wonderful and the staff were very obliging in every way. The breakfast was to die for plenty of choice and very fresh. The walk from the hotel to the square was only a few minutes which was excellent. Went with relations and we were really looking forward... More

The good: nice location, good value, speedy wifi. The bad: I got a room in a building that is external to the main hotel building. It was disappointing for a 4-star hotel. My room was on the 2nd floor, with no elevator - you had to climb more than 40 very steep stairs to get to it. Room decor and... More

Lovely comfortable hotel, staff very polite and informative. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Stayed with our Sons and had two rooms next to each other on our own floor. As others have said bit of a maze to find room but you soon get the hang of it. Such a great location short walk and you are in the... More

Stayed just before christmas on a festive break in Bruges. Loved both the hotel and the city. Nice big room, lovely bathroom, and great location within walking distance of the beautiful old town. Lovely in its festive decorations. Staff all impeccable including their English. Bar sells expensive but lovely cocktails and the barman was friendly and attentive. Comfortable bed and... More

Stayed here for 2 nights and got a family room at the front overlooking the main cobbled street. Good size clean room perfect for a short family break. Breakfast was good. Pool was small to medium sized and about 3 feet deep so good for children. Had about 12-15 parking spaces and we had no issues finding somewhere. If I... More

Had a very nice week staying in this hotel we have been visiting the last 5-6 years. Direect to the city's centre, friendly people, good breakfast, nice beds, comfortable rooms, if possible take a room at the back of the hotel as it can be lively at the front of the hotel.

We only stayed one night at Hotel Navarra but it was brilliant. We travelled by car, with our 3 children, aged 5 and under and were allocated a family room. It was huge, by far the biggest hotel room I've ever seen with an amazing family bathroom. Even though centrally located the hotel was in a peaceful part of the... More

Recommended to me by my nephew and we have been delighted. Were able to park in their car park at rear although there is also a public car park very close to hotel. Reception staff were excellent both in their use of English and friendly and helpful manner. They havie a very useful restaurant list which we called upon for... More
