It is a typical Ibis hotel, with decent-sized rooms. The location is good, about a 10 minute walk to the station or the market square (or Bus no. 1 very close to the hotel, which will drop you at the square.) There are plenty of small restaurants around the hotel and a Carrefour across the road and a laundry close... More

On the plus side: The room was clean and comfortable. It wasn't far from things On the minus side: The hallways stank, the rooms are basic, the rooms are expensive (considering they're the same quality as b&bs, guest houses or private toms in hostels) have to pay for parking, in this city you pay and pay and pay

When I, along with my colleagues, hauled luggage into the lobby of this hotel, and were met with a stench that would do justice to the trials and tribulations of JeanValJean, as he hid in the sewers of Paris, I knew this would be a bad day. In addition, our room, small and not well laid out, even by European... More

All aspects about this budget hotel were good except one - the appalling smell of sewerage in the main reception area. Not apparent outside. The corridors were heavily treated with deodorant to neutralise the smell. Not apparent in the 2 rooms. Next morning the smell was back. The reception staff never warned us or explained until I raised the matter... More

Bitterly disappointing. Not a good hotel, by any stretch of the imagination. Specifically, the lobby smelt awful. Possibly raw sewage. And the coffee could only be drunk in an emergency. The staff were very nice, however. It must be hard for them to work somewhere that smells so terrible.

Great location, the staff are friendly and could not do more for you. Hotel looks lovely from outside and reception is very modern, however the rooms are very dated & basic, however we only ever used the room to sleep as we went out all day exploring all brugge had to offer, i would recommend as the hotel was quiet... Lovely hotel. Why? Because the staff friendly and welcoming, great location (lot's of things to do around, cafes and chocolate boutiques all around) a very decent breakfast. Don't think twice. Highly recommended.
