Myself and my husband and daughter stayed here for three days while visiting my daughter in Belgium. It is a lovely hotel a few mile outside Bruges the staff are very friendly the food is good and it is great value for money. There is a lovely heated pool outdoors and a great terraced area surrounding the pool. The bar... More

When you go away on holiday, you want a relaxing time where you'll be left to get on with enjoying yourself. The experience that we had at the Leonardo Hotel in Bruges completely ruined that experience and left us on edge for the better part of our week away. I'll start by talking a little about the room. The mattress... More

This was a very decent hotel, with a very helpful staff. The location requires a drive to the city center, but at least if offers a quiet night sleep in a clean, family oriented hotel. Brugge is in the top 5 cities that we've visited in Europe, it's absolutely beautiful. Beware where you eat, and the are more than happy... More

I stayed for one night from January 4th to 5th. I went with my sister and a friend. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Brugges, but if you have a car is very easy to get to the city and the parking is free at the hotel. I don't know how it is to get to the city... More

I stayed for one night because I didn't want to drive back to Brussels at midnight. Perfect for that! Close to the E40, spaxious room, confortable and clean. The price was very convenient, the staff was helpful. If you want to visit the city.....things change. One more positive element: no noise at all during the night. Last time I stayed... More

We booked into this hotel as part of a trip into the low countries for its convenient location near Bruges. The website gave no warning of what was to come. We were booked into adjoining rooms as requested but the hotel reception had no idea how wide the inter-connecting door was or whether our son's wheelchair would fit through it... More

We stayed for 3 days in May '14. A little bit away from the centre, but shouldn't be a problem if you are driving. Rooms were good spaced. Shower sometimes run water too hot while in the use intermittently otherwise good bathrooms. Space outside the restaurant for kids to play. Couldn't use the pool as it was shut quoting bad... More

Stayed here for one night while seeing Bruges. Was under the impression it was slightly closer to town. Booked through hotels.com and now I know why there is no pictures of the outside posted. This hotel is secluded in a beautiful garden area, so that's a plus. But still not close to downtown. They offer can services and shuttles. The... More

Very nice welcome, staff speaks French (Amost all French speaking tourists think that everyone in Belgium does speak French - WRONG! Especially in Flandres!) Nice hotel, free parking onsite and easy access to town BUT you have to take car. Hotel staff tells you to park at station which is 3.50euro for 24h and there is a free bus to... More
