Good city hotel. The location is excellent near the lake of love and the brewery "Brugse Zot". You can stroll easy from here through the city centre. The hotel is very childfriendly. The price is good for a familyroom. Also there are a little playground and a swimmingpool outside which keep them occupied. The food was good. Although barservice was... More

Good location for walking around Brugge. New hotel. Breakfast buffet was average. Dining room food was OK, but the service was unbelievably slow. With only 4 people in the room, it took about 30 minutes to get a menu, another 30 minutes to get served, and then after finishing our meal, we tried for at least a half hour to... More

This is a an OK hotel. Its main issue is that it has prime location & doesn't need to try very hard, so it doesn't! Rooms are good size & clean, but basic. Forget about wood surfaces and marble bathrooms - you get formica and plastic here. The TV is good though - lots of channels with BBC1, BBC2 &... More

We have just returned from a 2 night stay at this hotel. Although it is a modern hotel and therefore out of keeping with the historic feel of Bruges we really enjoyed ourselves. We were given an upgrade when we arrived at no charge which was lovely! The hotel receptionists were very friendly and spoke excellent English (as did everyone... More

The Novotel Brugge Centrum is a modern hotel located at the edge of the historic central district of this delightlful Belgian city. it is clean and attractive, but a bit out of place with the rest of the city. The staff is friendly and the refurbished rooms are nice, but the overall ambience is undistinguished. The hotel is a short... More

This place was being refurbished when we arrived and although it didn't impact on the stay to a great extent, it did present a very strange problem for me. I am a claustrophobe so prefer not to go into lifts at all. Usually I book onto low floors and walk up the stairs - doesn't hurt healthwise either! Unfortunately having... More

The hotel is a 15/20 minute walk from the station or a 5 minute taxi ride (around 8 euros). The hotel itself is just a 10 minute walk from the Markt in the centre of town. The hotel appears to have been recently renovated and although it isn't particularly beautiful from the outside, it's clean and spacious inside. Besides, when... More

The hotel has got to be one of the best bargains in Brugge. The room cost approx. £60 per night, including breakfast. It's located close to the heart of Brugge, just a few minutes walk from the Minnewater (Lake of Love) and the Markt square, and approx 10 minutes walk from the railway station. As it's located within a courtyard... More

I have stayed at this hotel twice, and also at the Jacobs in Bruges. This hotel is an excellent base for a stay in Bruges. It is 5-10 mins walk from the main centre attractions, or a similar distance the other way to the Minnerwasser & gardens. It is above a (public) underground car park, which costs extra. The bar...
