I stayed at the Novotel with my family for a long weekend in Bruges. The location is great - it's on a main street with loads of chocolate shops and there is a Carrefour Express supermarket just opposite so you can buy water or snacks very easily. The two rooms that we had were great - modern with plenty of... more

We stayed at a hotel Novotel Brugge Centrum in May 2009. The hotel has an excellent location and both railway station and the city centre are within a walking distance (taking into account the size of Bruges everything is within a walking distance:)). The room was of a reasonable size, very clean, and had a separate bathroom and a toilet.... more

The Novotel Hotel is a modern clean spacious hotel built very close to the centre and attractions of Brugge. The room we stayed in was clean and tidy with tv, minibar, with ensuite facilities. The bed was very comfortable and I got a very good nights sleep for the two nights we stayed there. Breakfast is served in the main... more

The Novotel exceeds its star rating, It is very clean, bright and well laid out. The staff are efficient, friendly and helpful. Damitza (in Reception) and Sam (in the Restaurant) were exceptional. Rooms are average size for this type of chain hotel - are very clean and bright with all the necessary items to ensure a comfortable stay. Two things let this... more

I expected, by the pictures on the website, that the hotel would be much better. The room has the bathroom and toilet separated. So, if you go to the toilet, don't have here wash your hands. The breakfast is too expensive (18,00 euros) and there was some kind of work in the front of the building that made a lot... more

Brugges is a small town and Novotel hotel is a good hotel to stay in.. It lives up to accor brand name. The walk to the train station would take you 15 min and is very scenic. The city centre is also few minutes walk.. The rooms were spacious and staff were courteous! We did not try the breakfast... all... more

We arrived early on the Monday morning, and stayed for two nights, and although our rooms were not ready the staff were extremely polite and said they would make the preparation a priority. They stored our luggage for us and then took the time to point out places of interest nearby. The rooms were a reasonable size, very clean, and... more

Just returned from 4 night stay at Novotel Centrum Bruge. Hotel located within easy walking distance of all museums, cafe's, restaurants, shops etc. You would not need to use the car once parked in car park (public) next to hotel to see all of Bruge. Car park charges 8euros70 per day. Visited Chip museum, Chocolate museum and flemish folk museum.... more

There are plenty of charming hotels dotted around the centre of this lovely town, so why stay at a chain hotel? The main reasons, for us, were ease of booking and ease of getting there: the hotel sits on a road leading off a ring road, and has a car park so it's easy to get to and easy to... more

Central, quiet location. Good sized rooms, separate bathroom/toilet an advantage. King sized bed, even a hospitality tray! Excellent hot and cold buffet breakfast, staff very good. We travelled with friends who agreed - we will certainly return and would recommend this hotel unreservedly. more
