On arrival at the hotel, I was a bit disappointed to see how shabby it looked compared to the pictures I'd seen. There was bird poop on the canopies, rust stains down the walls etc., could do with a good clean. The reception area was lovely and the staff were very helpful, quick and easy check in etc. Our room... More

My room was a lot nicer than most of those pictured. However, this is still an average hotel in my view. Reception staff were friendly and polite but overall it felt disorganised. For example, they took one person's credit card and said that was fine for the three of us checking in - we were here on business, not family... More

We paid for a Deluxe Room and they said it was one of their largest in that category, but the furniture did not fit well. The closet armoire doors could not be opened because they hit the king size bed so it was awkward to try to use. The Armchair faced the TV but the seat cushion did not quite... More

Hotel is OK, location is good, staff at breakfast were rude and obnoxious. Staff treated us like children and refused to let us sit at table we picked. They moved us, reset original table which remained vacant throughout breakfast. Seemed to just want to cause us embarrassment for no reason. We will never use this resteraunt again !

what a lovely hotel in a stunning area!!! I stayed here for one night while going round Belgium. It's defo 4 star in my option. Nice rooms, good size, clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location is brilliant and car park next to the hotel. Rates, city tax and breakfast was offered. My Boyfriend left a bag behind by accident.... More

We stayed here one night during our tour through Belgium on 17-9-14. This is a lovely, comfortable hotel with old world charm. Our room looked like a small studio apartment. Clean, comfortable bed and pillows. The toiletries were charming. Plenty of clean towels. Wonderful air conditioning. The staff is professional, friendly and so helpful. Assisted our party of eight make... More

We booked this hotel as part of a last minute package with eurostar on lastminute.com. The location is great - only 10 mins walk from train station and very easy access to all of Bruges' attractions. Very walkable to main squares and churches etc. Hotel is charming with old and new features inside - we loved the "In Bruges" poster!... More

Just spent 5 nights in this hotel. Great service in very comfortable room. Location is just a few minutes walk from the main market square (always useful after an evening meal and a few Begium beers.........although the bar in the hotel has a fair selection). In an addition to the main square the hotel is located very close to numerous... More

A very nice property close to Bruges station and Historic centre of Bruges. We stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was nice, spacious and clean. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. The restaurant serves great breakfast and Ala carte dishes taste nice too. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

Nice 'deluxe' room, however, the beds are bad for people with back problems, the elevators (both of them) where in maintenance and looked bad and finally the minibar was very expensive. Nonetheless the location of the hotel is very good. An acceptable for this hotel
