I'm rating this hotel very good, mostly because of the included breakfast. The dining room was very nice and it was much more than just a continental breakfast. There was anything that you could have needed/wanted included in this breakfast buffet. The "free" wifi consists of 30 minutes in the lobby. Once you run out of your 30 minutes, you... More

The hotel is located very near the train station and the bus station. It is handy to the shopping area and historic areas, Bruges is very easy to walk everywhere as it is so compact. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a deluxe room which had the most comfortable beds ever! The maintenance of the room and facilities... More

Our room was street facing~ lower level~looking up to the street. It was labor day weekend so there was a carnival/festival right outside the window of our "subterranian" room. It was loud! Room could use a coat of fresh paint~alot of wall dings which really show on burgandy painted walls! The room was not large but the beds were comfy... More

Stayed here one night for a mini-vacation and I thought it was a great hotel. You got a good, historic-city feel when you walked in and it is in a great location in a great city. Close to the old town, the square, restaurants, etc. and Brugge is such a lovely city. The staff was polite and friendly, and the... More

Key points 8 min walk from railway station. Easy to find as well. Turn left out of station walk through the underpass then take the 1st right and your in the road where hotel is. NO need for a cab 12 minute walk from hotel to the market square which is the middle of city. This walk is along a... More

Stayed for three nights. Room was in good condition and very comfortable. Shower fitting needed replacing or fixing but only a minor niggle. Breakfasts excellent. Bar staff pleasant and friendly. Similarly the general hotel staff were very friendly. All in all hard to fault. Recommended. More

We stayed there just for one night and we loved everything about it. The hotel itself is a very beautiful building. Not in the centre of the town but very close just a few minutes by foot from the central market and the train station too. The reception lady was polite and friendly. The room was quite spacious and clean... More

We arrived before check in time and we were given key cards to our room straight away which was nice, reception were very helpful with information on good local secure parking across the road, 9euro per 24 hrs and gave us a city map to get us started. The room was average, beds okay, pillows a bit flat/cheap, there was... More
