Bad Things: The rooms are extremely dated and are in need of refurbishment! We stayed on the 4th Floor in October, 2014 for future reference. The elevators were being refurbished at the time but more than anything they need to sort out the rooms! In terms of the cleanliness, the Hotel was OK. As an example, our toilet had a... More

Okay, as coachdriver we do alot of hotels. Every time when we go to Brugge i hope we sleep in the NH hotel. Location on the 'T Zand square is perfect for tourists/citytrips. It is in the middle of the city center. Coach dropoff/luggage in front of the door. Drivers can enter through the T Zand busstation and then into... More

Great location , great room and helpful staff. Would stay there on our next visit to Bruges! Much better than expected. Stayed on ground floor and expected to hear some noise at night and in the morning when the market was being set up. This was not the case and had a great nights sleep

Hard at first to find the hotel but once on the right street great unloading space and first class check in service. Asked for a renovated room and was rewarded with an excellent room with great coffee facilities. Bed very comfortable, gym pleasant. Great location near the city but away from the noise. Comfy cosy and friendly. Great value for... More

On arrival at the hotel, I was a bit disappointed to see how shabby it looked compared to the pictures I'd seen. There was bird poop on the canopies, rust stains down the walls etc., could do with a good clean. The reception area was lovely and the staff were very helpful, quick and easy check in etc. Our room... More

My room was a lot nicer than most of those pictured. However, this is still an average hotel in my view. Reception staff were friendly and polite but overall it felt disorganised. For example, they took one person's credit card and said that was fine for the three of us checking in - we were here on business, not family... More

We paid for a Deluxe Room and they said it was one of their largest in that category, but the furniture did not fit well. The closet armoire doors could not be opened because they hit the king size bed so it was awkward to try to use. The Armchair faced the TV but the seat cushion did not quite... More

Hotel is OK, location is good, staff at breakfast were rude and obnoxious. Staff treated us like children and refused to let us sit at table we picked. They moved us, reset original table which remained vacant throughout breakfast. Seemed to just want to cause us embarrassment for no reason. We will never use this resteraunt again !

what a lovely hotel in a stunning area!!! I stayed here for one night while going round Belgium. It's defo 4 star in my option. Nice rooms, good size, clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location is brilliant and car park next to the hotel. Rates, city tax and breakfast was offered. My Boyfriend left a bag behind by accident.... More
