My husband and I recently stayed here for two nights along with two friends of ours. The hotel is quite stunning in the reception areas, and once you are in your room, it seems like a very modern hotel. Very well appointed, comfortable and clean. Very spacious rooms! It's in a great location being an easy walk to the main... More

Had a great room in the conference room annexe on the 1st floor. Loved that we could open windows and was only in a group a 8 rooms. Room was large although we suspect it was also used as a conference time out room as the bed was a fold up into the wall and furnishings were quite corporate. Bed... More

A pleasant, well situated hotel. Good sized rooms. Only criticisms: bathroom was unpleasantly smelly due to the poor maintenance of the ventilation system, and a pillow (itself not case) had to be changes as it was dirty and smelly, beds too soft

Excellent location, easy walk from rail station and then just stroll across the road for all this lovely city has to offer, or head 50 or so yards behind the hotel to pick up riverside parkland walk. The most comfortable bed, extra large, lovely linen and pillows that I wanted to take home. Lovely welcome at reception with good information... More

Stayed here for one night whilst on a mini cruise to Bruges, loved the hotel and can't find fault with it. It's in a good location, the coach dropped us off just outside the train station and it was only a 10-15 walk to the hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean and comfy, lovely big bathroom and comfy beds. The... More

This is a great place to stay for access to Brugge. I was pleasantly surprised by the grand nature of my room... Nice big lounge room with arm chairs & comfy (and big) couch. Huge bathroom with full size bathtub, separate shower & toilet behind French doors. Luxurious King bed with NH choice of pillows. Extra bathroom (toilet & shower)... More

Myself and five friends have just spent an enjoyable 3 nights staying in this hotel in one of their de luxe rooms. It isn't worth spending the extra for de luxe as the only item you get different is a useless coffee maker!! However, the room was spacious, comfortable and clean and lovely comfy beds. Breakfast is included in the... More

We spent three nights at the hotel and really enjoyed the whole experience. It was a short easy walk from the station (about 10 minutes). The staff are friendly, room was clean, the location was perfect. We heard no noise outside with the road or renovations next door. The sound proofing was not great, so we could hear next door... This is a great place to stay for access to Bruges. The accommodation is a little gothic for my taste (black/red rooms being a little dark) and mine was evidently a smokers' room, which was not ideal. Still, good facilities and a really good breakfast. Parking is nearby, which is a pain, but within a short walk of the hotel.... More

We arrived on a Thursday for a 5 day stay, checked in early but our room was ready, upgraded on arrival (expect that was because we were there for 4 nights), the room was lovely, huge bed...so comfortable with coffee machine and a very nicely appointed bathroom. The staff were all lovely and helpful whenever we approached them and nothing... More
