Staff were consistently friendly, helpful and considerate. Breakfast buffet was very good indeed with a wide range on offer. The dinner we ate in the hotel was far and away the best we had during our stay in Bruges for quality, service (attentive but not obtrusive), and value for money. Beautifully presented and excellent cooking — the mango sorbet was... more

Excellent hotel with a very polite service. Ideally located between the city centre and the train station, it means you will never need any transport means. Will definitely use the NH chain again ! more

we stayed in NH in February, a very very cold February! the location was perfect, a short walk away from all the shops, restaurant... the room and the bathroom were of a good size and clean. the swimming pool was very relaxing after a long day walking... I found the breakfast quite standard, continental breakfast. Hotel staff very nice and... more

There is so much to recommend this hotel it is difficult to know where to start. On arriving we were upgraded, which was a good beginning to the stay. The desk staff were friendly and knowledgable and had no trouble with any questions. The location is fantastic, little trouble walking there from the station and then little trouble getting into... more

I have stayed here 3 times in the last decade and am staying again this May. I love everything about this hotel, save one thing. First, what I love. Yes, I do love it, I wouldn't keep staying here if it wasn't exactly what I wanted. The location couldn't be better. It's an easy 10 minute walk from the train... more

We ate here twice, as we found the food & the service excellent and very good value for money. We slept 50m down the road in B&B Boeverie : only €75/night for two in a king-size room with an outstanding breakfast (bubbles, salmon, fresh juices, french cheese, german sausage and all) more

Just returned from 2 nights at the NH Brugge. This is a great hotel which on first impressions I thought looked small but is, as it turns out, like the tardis inside! Excellent guy on reception who gave us a map and pointed out and highlighted the places of interest and how to get to them. Lovely clean and spacious... more

The hotel is situated about 10 minutes walk from the main rail/bus station and is also about 10 minutes from the centre of Brugges so makes an excellent base. It is on a quiet street and we did not hear any bells! The reception staff were welcoming and helpful with sightseeing tips. The rooms were larger than expected, very clean... more

Stayed three nights and found our two rooms to be clean, comfortable and lovely soft beds. My only gripe was the food in the restaurant. It was terrible, barely edible and when brought to the waiters attention he arrange a small discount off the price, a replacement meal was not offered. They seemed embarrassed but helpless. So enjoy the rooms,... more

Stayed at the NH Hotel Bruge for three nights in march. Was visiting to celebrate my birthday and was not disappointed. Check in was incredibly smooth, and found the staff very helpful. Recieved a map and the manager indicated all the tourist attractions and places of interest for us. We also recieved an unexpected up grade to one of the... more
