A perfect position in Bruges awaits guests at this charming hotel. It feels small and personal. It is small, quiet and quite sophisticated. If visiting by car - beware the parking restrictions. The hotel has two garages but they must be reserved. Reception staff could not have been more helpful. They booked us in for dinner at nearby restaurants. When... More

The Pand hotel on first impression delivers what you would expect from a luxury hotel - fabulous furnishings and good architecture, but for us was missing the luxury details that I would expect from a SLH. For example, the towels weren't fluffy, there were no bath robes, no tea and coffee marking facilities in the room, only small details but... More

that makes this hotel an outstanding choice! After reading reviews on TA I decided to book the hotel for a long weekend for my husband and myself. We drove to Bruges and parked in one of the hotels garages for the stay. At check in the lovely lady (sorry I didn't catch your name) gave us plenty of local information... More

This hotel is not honest about its elevator facilities. Expedia were not aware that the lift is in fact very small and unsuitable for a wheelchair as there are steps leading up to it. Not willing to give a refund despite misleading advertising on their own website and expedias. We booked non refundable tickets in good faith and they can... More

Dear Madam, dear Sir, I have read your review with care. You have booked a non refundable rate with us for next weekend, for 3 rooms. I would like to point out that our boutique hotel is in a historical building, and indeed not well accessible for a wheelchair. But we do certainly not give any false information about this.... Lovely small luxurious hotel in the heart of the city, but a little bit of a Jekyll and Hide experience. Very attentive friendly staff, and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Whenever we ordered anything it always provided with extras, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was fabulous, cooked in front of you on an Aga. Lovely dėcor,... More

This small trendy elegant hotel is located only a short walk to the main square. Decor in public area is traditional with a quaint little bar for residents. Not much of a view from our spotless room which although not huge was tastefully decorated in Burberry themed design, Mattress a little too firm for my liking but this was the... More

My husband and I have just returned from this beautiful hotel and can't recommend it enough! Out of all the hotels we researched, this hotel pulled at our heart strings and we were right to go with our instincts! We wanted to spoil ourselves, so we also booked a junior suite which was an elegant mix of vintage and chick.... More

Small but full of character, this converted 18th century mansion packs a punch for service, facilities, service and location. BUT, don't take my word for it, see for yourselves! The ideal place to stay in Bruges.
