we stayed in a superior room for two nights. low bed, but comfortable,nice bathroom. great little library/drink room on the first floor. Very classy and lovely hotel, quiet, nice staff. good location. Bruges was charming and we would stay at Hotel Heritage again.

Stayed for two nights in early May. Hotel is perfectly located just a block from Market Square. Staff is attentive and knowledgeable. Even the smallest rooms are spacious and the larger rooms are gigantic. This is a Relais and Chateaux Hotel and it is well deserved. Yes, it's pricey but well worth a splurge in Brugges.

Very centrally located. Chic hotel. Nice rooms.  Friendly staff. Used the sauna after a day walking around the city which was a nice option.
