This is a small, privately owned hotel beautifully located just off the main square in Brugge. We picked it over others that had included breakfast( this does not) because it was a Relais & Chateaux. We have stayed at many R&C s and when we arrived here we were a bit underwhelmed. Having said that and readjusting our mind set,...

Very impressed by how pretty Hotel Heritage was, from the lobby to the room itself. The person at the front desk was very friendly and cheerful. The use of an iPad in each room was much appreciated. Now, the complaints: our room was so small that the thick drapes and bed spread actually took up precious floor space, making it...

Stayed for two nights in early May. Hotel is perfectly located just a block from Market Square. Staff is attentive and knowledgeable. Even the smallest rooms are spacious and the larger rooms are gigantic. This is a Relais and Chateaux Hotel and it is well deserved. Yes, it's pricey but well worth a splurge in Brugges.

Luck put us in this neat old hotel in Bruges. Originally told by email no rooms, we found a room at the disaster next door. When we checked in and saw the room we went next door to the Heritage to see if by chance a room was available. A small double was and the clerk allowed us to see...

We spent one night in Bruges in early May and stayed here as a last minute booking. I saw it was highly rated and have learned to expect good things from Relais & Chateaux. Generally full service hotels that are trying for that fourth or fifth star leave me disappointed somehow. This was no exception. It wasn't bad or anything,...

Very centrally located. Chic hotel. Nice rooms. Friendly staff. Used the sauna after a day walking around the city which was a nice option.
Slight complaint is that the double beds are actually two single mattresses that I kept slipping between, though nothing a zip wouldn't solve and the bathrooms are my quite to the same standard as the rest...

We stayed fro 3 nights in this beautifully appointed hotel. The staff was the most helpful and friendly and went out of their way to respond to all of our requests. We took advantage of the sauna and steam rooms. It was easy to walk to all sights from the hotel. The room was small but the amenities more than...

We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights at Hotel Heritage in Bruges. It is a beautiful, elegant small hotel in an absolutely perfect location to enjoy Bruges - on a nice quiet street just one block off the main Market Square. We easily walked to all the tourist sights, sometimes coming back to the hotel to drop off packages or just...

We found the staff to be very helpful and courteous. The room was comforatable and the lcoation was great. They provided us with information about a free 2 hour walking tour I the hotel provide us with a voucher) which we did; the tour guide was fantastic and it seemed as if we saw everything in the city, taken into...
