We stayed in the Indian Summer apartment for two nights as a group of four. Our room was cold, the towels small and rough, and overall it felt a little grim. Lights in one bedroom and in the hall were broken - these were replaced reluctantly after we pushed the staff to do so, but no one enjoys arriving at... More

Christmas shopping trip. The location is excellent. Hour and a half dive from Eurotunnel and worlds away from England. On arrival, once you've entered the main door, there are folder with the booking principals name on, relating to the apartment you've booked. We stayed in the "Indian Summer" apartment. After crossing the courtyard, we entered the digital key code and... More

We stayed in the indian summer, brilliant place to stay loads of space right near the town and nicely done through out. Our only comment would be that there should be instructions for the cooker, hob, heating etc.. As you were either really hot or really cold and it took a while to get the HOB to work.. otherwise great... More

We stayed in the Winter apartment for a long weekend. We were very excited when we realised we had our own key operated lift that opened straight into the apartment, it was very cool. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, very modern and spacious. Loved the kitchen! The apartment itself was also spotless. There were DVDs downstairs you could borrow,... More

We stayed in Monsoon. We agree with most of the comments about this apartment. It is huge and well furnished. The heating did not work and there was no answer to the provided numbers in the evening. The problem was dealt with very efficiently next morning. Friendly helpful staff. Major issue for us was the bath and shower is off... More

Amazing location and easily accessible with the front door codes and key code. We stayed in the Winter Wonderland and it did not disappoint! Absolutely gorgeous apartment, spotlessly clean and very well decorated. It could do with another shower room but that's only a small issue and we knew about this prior to arriving. Also the lift straight into the... More

House of Seasons Overall: if you are looking for a nice apartment in the center of Bruges, then this is a fantastic place to stay for one or more days! There is only one but; some of the apartments, like the Mistral we booked, are located close to the Vuurmolen, one of Bruges most famous (dance) cafes and opened until... More

We booked the Mistral apartment the location is superb, the instructions for arrival etc excellent. The actual apartment is superb, a vey very good standard and well worth the price. We stayed Monday - Friday so had none of the problems that other reviewers had. Internet access is good and it is a short taxi ride from the main train... More

The apartment is lovely, spacious and comfortable.Ease of entry, nice lifts. The extremely loud noise from the bar nearby goes on all night long. I am writing this at 6:30am, on vacation, and the loud talking, laughing and music started around 2am. Again, if you only care about the beauty of the place, then definitely rent this. If it matters... More

We arrived very late on a Friday night, and were very impressed with how easy it was to park the car and get in to the building. The parking felt safe and secure and hassle free. The apartments are situated right in the centre of Bruges, and we didn't use our car at all, choosing to go everywhere on foot.... More
