This hotel really did tick all the boxes for us. I stayed here with my wife and teenage son in a room with a mezzanine floor. The room was stunning and really comfortable. One minor dislike I will get out of the way straight away. I did not really like the bacon and sausages at breakfast!. The bacon was well... More

This hotel is extremely well located close to all the main attractions. The hotel is charming and has a lux feel to it. It has a terrific lounge area made up of many rooms that are tastefully decorated and peaceful. We had a room on the top level in the new section which meant the slope of the roof was... More

My wife and I went there for a couple of days only to find out we did not have a double bed and were lectured about making that a request when booking online, even though it does not ask you to do so. We specified we were a couple an therefore assumed we preferred to sleep in the same bed.... More

Spent four days staying at the Grand Hotel Casselbergh - wow! The hotel is quite ordinary from outside but inside it is stunning. Our room had an enormous chandelier hanging from the high ceiling, was very spacious and plush. The bar area is a fantastic place to just sit and relax. With lots of rooms it's easy to find a... Brilliant location, right in the middle of Brugge- Seconds to the Markt. We stayed in the new part of the hotel and the room was spacious and clean. However, the air con did smell of sewage when turned up and set to cooler temperatures. Breakfast was included in the deal we got and was buffet style and was really nice!... More

Everything you've read before about this hotel is true: great location, large, comfortable rooms, luxurious bathrooms with high end toiletries and tastefully decorated. My only negative would be that it was not possible to get either a fried or poached egg or indeed an omelette for breakfast, not what one would expect from a four star hotel.Other than this...great!

We stayed on a short break. The Hotel is very smart with superbly appointed rooms (in the old block). The breakfasts were excellent and all the staff we encountered friendly and helpful. Would certainly stay there again.

Myself and five friends stayed at this hotel on the way to the Belgian Grand Prix this past weekend. We used sat navs to get there from the Channel Tunnel and all was okay until we got into Bruges. There were roadworks near the hotal which totally confused three seperate satnavs. We managed to find the side street next to... More

What a wonderful weekend spent in this wonderful city at a wonderful hotel! Very helpful and friendly staff, nothing is a problem for them. Great impressions from the start, booking in was a simple process with cheery staff. The room was great, plenty of space, mini bar and a safe. Evening meals are not available, but I got the impression... More
