We stayed 12-14 April, the hotel is in a fantastic location, with car parking (booked in advance), everything from the hotel is walkable. We had a room in the old part of the hotel and did not find it too noisy at all. The rooms are spacious, clean and super comfortable beds. We had breakfast each morning, lots of choice,... More

The hidden gem of this hotel is the bar and surrounding rooms for enjoying a hand-crafted cocktail after a day of sight-seeing in Bruges. Also, the breakfast room was large and selection excellent. The hotel rooms themselves were unique, clean, and quiet. Front desk service was friendly. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations.

We arrived here on 4th April and left on 11th to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary. We were exceptionally pleased with everything at the hotel. For the price this was a very classy hotel. The Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and comfortable, the bathroom was very modern and new looking. We were in the... More

A thoroughly average 4* hotel, which trades off its central location. Were it not for the beautiful arches in some of the top floor rooms it would be a standard conference hotel. The greeting of 'Checking in, checking out?' sums up the attention to detail of the staff. As does the suggestion that after asking for a large glass from... More

The hotel is lovely. Staff very nice. We were here three nights as part of a pre-trip to a river cruise. European hotels seem to all take two single bed and put them together which for a couple is not too great. However as the title of my review says, I love the large tubs which allow my 5'6" body... My husband and I stayed at the Casselbergh for one night on the 23rd March. Unfortunately I was unwell when we arrived to check-in with a bad case of flu. The check-in time is 3 pm and as we arrived at 11.00 am, I was a bit concerned about where I could rest. We asked for an early check-in and... More

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights in mid-March while on vacation and really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a deluxe room (if you get this ask for a room with the beams when checking in or they will put you in another room which we did not like nearly as much) which was very roomy and... More

Stayed here for 3 nights while in Bruges for a conference. Perfect location. Very close to the Belfry, Basilica of the Holy Blood, Markt area, and right on a canal. Very nice hotel. Ask for a room facing the canal.....postcard view!! Excellent breakfast, which was included in my room rate. Eggs, salmon, cheeses, breads, croissants, coffee, juices. Internet access of... More

We stayed at the Grand Hotel Casselbergh, Bruges for a couple of nights and had a really good stay. The hotel is beautiful and well located. Staff were friendly and helpful. We opted to not pay the €25 for breakfast and went to a great local coffee bar - kaffe brasilia - instead. The room was immaculate as was the... More
