Our family room was huge and beautifully decorated. We did have to use the bathroom in the hall, however, it included a shower my kids were terribly excited about - one that sprays from all sides. I believe we shared it with one other room. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the breakfast room was light and pleasant. We... More

Luc,the host was eager to please and his breakfast was a treat!Fresh fruit, cold meats, cheese, freshly baked goods and plenty of coffe. We arrived at the middle of the night and Luc was still welcoming us with a smile. The building is a historic townhouse, full of character, right on the canal,at the heart of the city. Most confortable bed,we ever enjoyed.

Luc picked my two daughters and I up rather late at the train station, welcomed us, then showed us some city landmarks on the way back to his home. Gave us a tour of the home and oriented us to the shared bathroom and shower and our lovely room. He then offered a late night snack and drink and asked... More

We missed the B&B the first time down the street. It's on a canal with a one-way street - just go slowly or make another pass around the block if you miss it. We had arranged for our car to be parked in the on-site garage, but it was a bit too long so we were obliged to pay for... More

We stayed for 2 nights in September 2012 . This is a great location, close to the center of town but far enough away from the noisy crowds. We had a large room with a view of the canal and a large comfortable bed. Luc is a wonderful host who is very friendly and helpful. He picked us up at... More

We stayed at Sint Andries Cruyse in Bruges for one night in July, what a charming guesthouse! The location is perfect, overlooking the canal, close to the main square, yet away from the crowds. Most places in Bruges require a 2-night minimum over the weekend, but since our schedule only permitted one night, I was referred to Sint Andries Cruyse... More

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights in May. Luc and Marie were incredible hosts -- very friendly and eager to please. We stayed in the family room which was very comfortable and more space than we needed. Four people would be very comfortable there. The only negative was the shared bathroom, mainly because we didn't expect it... More

My wife, son (10), and I spent two night here in late June (26 and 27), and we very much enjoyed our stay. The location is very nice; right on a canal and a very short walk to the Burg and the Market Square. Our room, the family room, was extremely spacious, with two queen or king sized beds. There... From Notes: easy to locate by taxi; close to town square; quiet; shared bathroom, but not inconvenient as only two other guests; excellent breakfast; very personable, interesting host (Luc); fairly fluent in English; cash only; he was nice enough to bring our bags to train station at no cost; quiet upstairs room; good sleep; interesting history to home; competitive price... My wife and I spent 2 nights at Luc's wonderful guesthouse. The room, overlooking the canal, was large and comfortable. Breakfast was extensive and snacks were available 24 hours. Luc also left a pot of coffee ready to be made for an evening cup of coffee. He picked us up from the train and drove us back when we left. I... More
