Went away for the weekend to Brugge with Harry Roffey coach tours , having read some of the recent reviews of this hotel I was a little concerned, I needn't,t have been ! The room that we had was very comfortable with a nice little terrace to sit out on. The bathroom was clean with complimentary toiletries and plenty of... More

Went with a coach tour so about 40 people, check in was smooth and well organised, we were given room 201, pleasant room, clean, modern decor everything worked. Bathroom was fine, clean, there were a few bits like base of bath was pitted, and floor tiles had at one time cracked and been repaired but that was it. Only got... More

We booked a 3 night stay, were put into an annex at the rear of the restaurant which is awful, no security, dirty stained carpets damp musty corridor narrow spiral stairs up to room which was hot not very clean, light fitting hanging off, badly repaired hole in wall, safe not working, old tv locked on very low sound. Bathroom... More

Just spent 2 nights there only thing missing was a kettle in the room so I brought my own . Lots of moaning in the reviews regarding it being hot in the room and so it was , however i opened the window and guess what? the room cooled down. it has wifi and a fridge , its in a... More

Stayed for one night in early June. Welcome at reception was efficient, but didn't come over as that welcoming. Room was on the second floor, facing the front of the building, i.e. overlooking the road with the restaurant tables just below the balcony. Main complaint about the room was the temperature. We arrived back in the evening to go to... More

Avoid the back building rooms at all costs! Airless, tiny, it was like being in a furnace! The bathroom, everything was crammed in and the finishing was awful. Such a shame as it is in a great location. I went with my father. The room was so hot that we had an awful night's sleep and couldn't wait to check... More

I stayed 2 nights in Hotel 't Putje. My room was in the back building, which i new it wasn't as good as the main building, but i was not expecting to be that bad. The room was rather clean, which is the most important thing for me. But all the building and specially the bathroom is very HOT! i... More

Truly a terrible nights sleep. Smelly and uncomfortable there is no effort made whatsoever in what is probably one of the worst 3 star hotels I have stayed in. The reception and restaurant look good…do not be deceived. Breakfast….terrible. All the other bad reviews here are true. Avoid!

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel during my stay. There was tons of character and the room was clean. I was able to open the windows and enjoy the fresh air. The location was wonderful. It was a 15 minute walk to the train station and there were bars and restaurants everywhere. It was very easy to get around... More

Enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant. It was a 'Special' 35 Euro menu, including wine. The 3 courses were great (there was a choice of dishes), the portions were very good and so was the service. The restaurant has a homely feel to it and is situated next to the hotel. Well worth a visit - it is situated... More
