Lovely modern hotel at the heart of leuven. We stayed at the old end of the hotel. Beaufiful old features with modern touch. Great big bathroom and shower. The bar was cosy and great selection of drinks available. Lobby was spacious and the staff was very friendly. Great walking distance from the centre, bars and restaurants and some lovely shops.... We normally stay at the Park Radisson to visit the Rock Werchter music festival but this year it was booked up as early as January 1st so I booked the only remaining rooms in town which were 'Exceptional' rooms at the Martin's Klooster which is reputed to be Leuven's best hotel. When we arrived the welcome was professional, polite and... More

But it is very smart with a brand-new extension and lots of newly added rooms. Our rooms in the old part and was designated a business room. A very good size very comfortable beds and a large bathroom. We had a couple of issues with at the front desk. I had booked two rooms direct with the hotel, one double... More

I booked this based upon recommendations in TripAdvisor. As with so many reviews everything appeared to be wonderful. Unfortunately not so. Surely people can be a bit more critical. After all a selection of excellent means it cannot get better. It is a nice hotel in a great location with good onsite car parking. The Cosy room in the new... More

This hotel is highly acclaimed, and rightly so. A wonderful hotel in a perfect location, but this obviously comes at a price. I stayed three nights and thoroughly enjoyed everything. I had a nice room with a huge bathroom ( including my own jacuzzi bath tub - I could use it and watch the stars through the open window at... More

The hotel is located near the grote market, service is very polite and efficient. Breakfast is standard plus, the room I was in was very big and spacious and spotless, facing the street (which is quiet anyways) Definitely will pick this hotel for my next visit

Wonderful hotel in center of Leuven, but still serene & quiet. Stunning décor & all the latest amenities. Not easy to find, but worth the effort. OK auto parking, but pricey @ 25 Euro/day. Spacious room, clean & very modern. Excellent bathroom--well lit w/ magnifying mirror. The only fault which keeps me from rating excellent is the tub, which has... More

We booked a room in this hotel since we really wanted a nice, comfortable place to stay in the center of Leuven and according to the reviews this one ticked all the boxes. I would have liked to book one of the larger rooms or suites since it was a special occasion but they only had a basic room available... More

The hotel is in a real central position, few steps from everywhere. The location is also quite nice, in a small medieval alley, with old churches and buildings. The hotel itself is partially inside an old cloister. The rooms (I was in the modern part) are very big, with huge bathrooms. The issue I had is that the AC was... More

We got one of the older rooms in the old building, room 105. It was quite large, a corner room with 5 windows, stained glass. The room was a bit brown and masculine, my husband loved it. It really needed a few frills and luxuries, a picture on the wall, a splash of colour. It's great to have a kettle,... More
