I would love to lift my room at St. Martin's Klooster in Leuven up and bring it to San Francisco to live in as it felt more like a spacious loft. I had room 316 in the attic space. It was, by my standards, huge and well-appointed. The bathtub is deep with massage jets. The location is very close to... More

Stayed in 5 different hotels in Leuven this year - none were bad - this one is the best. Large rooms with a modern theme; best feature -- very quiet yet only a short walk to all the restaurants and bars in this very pleasant town. No restaurant on site but no issue with the wide variety of choices nearby.... More

For this four star hotel, 100€ per night seemed like a fair deal. The hotel is a renovated cloister, but there's a new wing. I imagine the experience is even nicer in the older wing, so you may wish request a room there. Some more advice: It is possible to find some street parking for free, but you'll have to... More

Charming hotel in perfect location to explore Leuven. Outstanding service from very welcoming staff. A bit tricky to find in the one way system even with satnav but well worth the effort. Did not use restaurant as too many wonderfull other options close to hotel. Rooms very comfortable and well appointed.

Had a short stay in this hotel, beautiful integration of old architecture with a modern interior. Stayed in a charming room, impeccably clean and a wonderful bathroom complete with jaccuzzi. Staff is professional and friendly, breakfast buffet is small but tasteful and fresh. Little pricey, but overal a decent price to quality ratio. Would recommend to others, both leisure or... More

Matin's Klooster is an interesting hotel located in the old part of Leuven within easy walking distance of the sights and the university. The hotel is spread over various buildings as far as I can tell, so my room (on the ground floor) takes about 5 minutes to walk to in a very confusing way (go up a floor from... More

Arriving today I was very impressed by the hotel, very modern and very clean and tidy. Upon getting to the room I have to admit to still being impressed, very modern very comfortable and clean. I have just one problem with this hotel, no food! A supposed four star hotel that does not serve food or have a restaurant is... More

We do serve snacks in our bar, for example club sandwiches, ham and cheese toast, pizzas or pastas. However if you prefer to have a full 3 course meal there are... More

The hotel is modern, comfortable and well-located for the centre of Leuven. Staff are offhand and just about civil: another guest asked the receptionist if there were any must-see sights while in Leuven and was met with a stare, a shrug and the answer "no!". I was checked in efficiently but perfunctorily, go ahead and install touch screen check-in computers... More

Stayed here just before new years and was blown away by the friendly staff. Very helpful and taking a real personal interest in their guests. Very large rooms, and the bathroom was huge. The bar is very nice... only downside is that the hotel does not have a restaurant, if you want to eat in the hotel, but there is... More
