My wife had a night in the hotel as a little get away for her birthday. She loved it so much she's taking our daughter back next week for her 13th B-day. The location was convenient and the service staff very helpful.

The room was so small that they had to use a midget size "table and two chairs" to be able to fit them in. On the other hand the bathroom is very spacious. Almost the whole hotel is renovated/new. Also breakfast (20 EURO pp) is just the minimum. When coming by car, be sure to prepare, your approach to the... More

Positive experience. Nice and correct staff. Nice room and quiet surroundings. Parking is a plus although quite expensive but what do you expect in the middle of a historical city center. Breakfast was extensive and plenty. Free Wifi with good signal.

This is a good hotel in an excellent location in the centre of Leuven. Our twin-bedded room was very quiet and spacious with a large bathroom which had a bath and a separate shower. The breakfast buffet was OK without being exceptional though the staff were very good at refreshing food that was getting low.

I first started visiting this hotel prior to its expansion, and I still prefer the 'original' part of the hotel. The main reason for this is the period features (it was formerly a monastery), quirky rooms, and good facilities. The decor and facilities are always up to date, giving an impression of real luxury. Its location is very central and... More

Dear, Thank you very much for this excellent feed back. it's nice to read that a guest that returns still is wants to return again. It is true that our location is very central and that our guests have an abandonce of restaurants very close by. We hope to welcome you soon again. More

One gets attracted to experience a kloster-like-experience while choosing this hotel, but that aspect is quite limited. The hotel does make use of some old kloster buildings, but mostly it is a very updated modern building. If you do get a room in the older building, then yes, it keeps up to its name to some extent. All basic facilities,... More

Stayed at Martin's Klooster for one night. First thing to notice is the excelent location. Located in the centre of the city, this hotel has been build in what has previously been a monastry. You can't really tell from the atmosphere but still the history of the building has been incorporated via some subtle details. We had a comfort +... More

This is a rather lovely hotel, very close to the centre of Leuven and yet surprisingly quiet. My room here was large and very comfortable, with a great view from two sides and several sets of windows which could be opened wide to let the air flow through the room. There was a minibar (albeit fairly sparsely filled) and tea... More

The hotel is situated not far from the main centre of Leuven and makes a great centre from which to explore the city. I had a room in the 'old' part of the hotel which clearly dates back some significant time; the room had the trappings of the old building - shuttered windows; leaded panes etc. but still possessed the... Lovely, peaceful hotel in the middle of Leuven. Staff are courteous and professional. My room was a little small but good. Can be a bit pricey but worth it if you want comfort, cleaniness, good food, good location, peace and quiet and to be in a professional environment. An excellent place to stay in Leuven.
