mercure sold this hotel to PentaHotel and I was thinking to cgange my booking to other hotel, especially that tgere was a major reconstruction going on in the hotel. But I sticked to it and stayed. I found the employees e tremely friendly and helpful. No inconvenience fdue to reconstruction. I will definitely stay again!

Nice hotel for a city stay in Leuven within walking distance of all the visitor attractions and with parking available is an added bonus. The staff are friendly and very helpful and we always felt welcome

It was nice to stay at this hotel. Very good location, rooms totally renoved, new reception area with a bar to have a relax moment. You can count with a parking for 18 euros per day on basement. The staff very nice and it is close to all the restaurants area. I will come back for sure!

Shocking. Building site, hotel filled with dust and workmen, NO advance warning. Awful awful awful. Constant banging, dust everywhere. Very very disappointed. Health hazard. Goodness knows what is in that dust. Pentahotel seem to want your money regardless of the state of the hotel. Irresponsible and greedy.

I was surprised to arrive at this hotel and find that it had changed from Mercure to Pentahotel. Anyway my reservation was still valid so no harm done. The hotel is well-placed in a quiet courtyard near the centre of town - walkable to the restaurants and squares as well as the train station. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming,... More

I remember this hotel being built in the late eighties when I was studying at the law faculty accross the stree. I guess nothing has changed ever since. The room was worn out, the carpet dirty, the decoration outdated. I slept on the second floor and it seemed the first four rooms on this floor have been renovated already and... More

Centre of Leuven, lots of nice restaurants, bars and cafés nearby. The hotel does not serve food in the evening. Rooms ok, free wifi only available in the bar. Breakfast very expensive, if bought at the hotel, use cafés nearby instead. Fitness suite is quite poor.

Stayed here for New Year's Eve. We had a little trouble finding the hotel since it is inside the pedestrian area. We were able to park on the street and then walk in. The hotel was clean and the rooms are a good size. It was nice and quiet and you are able to walk to most of the spots... More

This was my first time in Belgium for business and was very satisfied with the hotel. The location was perfect to walk about too restaurants and shops and hotel staff friendly. I slept well despite some noise of students having a good time as walking through the courtyard in the evening, but not enough to be completely disruptive. The daily... More

Stayed here for two nights in one of their executive level rooms on the top floor. The room was very spacious and comfortable, but oddly the bathroom by comparison was very small. Nevertheless all was functional- nice coffee machine in the corner. Internet access was by cable rather than WiFi and was payable at around €20 for 24 hours of... More
