The room, which I stayed in was always cold in the evenings as the heater didn't work. It was dark, when it got dark outside, and only the table lamps only worked. The great way to get around is by tram number 1, which was free. Don't ask anyone at the travel centre in the train station about travelling by... More

This hotel is well positioned near railway and buses. It is clean and the beds are very comfy. The breakfast is generous with a good range of products. The receptionist who also managed breakfast was very pleasant and nothing too much trouble

When we saw the hotel from outside we got very weird vibes, it doesnt look very good. But once inside you have a very different prospective, the interior are nothing fancy but good enough and clean and the staff are very helpful and nice. Our room had a very big window and it was very big, clean and warm although... More

Very friendly and helpful staff. Made sure we were in an appropriate room for travelling with a young baby and provided a very good cot for our little one too. Made us feel welcome as a young family. Great tip about half price tickets for the trains at the weekend.Thank you

Excellent staff, good food and close to the center. Just take tram 1. My room was clean and cozy. If you go for a weekend trip to Gent, then I will recommend you to stay in this small family hotel. We had a great time.

We stayed for two nights. Location; very near to station. Which is great if you're planning a day trip away (to Brugge for example, like we did). Also great if you want to leave Ghent by train early morning. For these reasons, the hotel is well located. But to get to the centre it's a 30 minute walk. It's not... More

April 22nd. we had a general strike in Belgium. We tried to find a place near to the station and have a drink, we didn't have much option to go to Brussels... But they were able to advice us about options and solutions...and we got it!! Really friendly place and they spoke Spanish!!. I'm really please with this place. Unfortunately... More

i would say that the hotel is quite expensive for its location and services. Prefer it if you want to be next to the train station. You can take the tram to go to the city centre. Nonetheless, the breakfast was adequate and the room clean.

This is a very small hotel, right in front of St Pieters train station. If you need to be close to it, this might be a good affordable option, but I would double-check prices somewhere else in the area if I were you. Rooms and toilets have a very low standard, not to mention the breakfast. If you are visiting... More

This is a small family hotel, just opposite the ghent train station and the tram stop to the center of the town.its position is absolutely excellent if u need to catch the train. It's also about 12' by tram to the historic centre of ghent. Near shops, supermarket, brasserie and pharmacy. We had a twin room on the fourth floor, which was a... More
