Room on the groundfloor was very dark. Shower was working but without massage- function and water could have been hotter. bed was not very good. breakfast is okay but if you arrive after 9:30 everything is eaten down and re-delivery is slow/won't not happen. Eventhough nice building and located very good. Try to get a room to the riverside.

The rooms all had individual charm, clean and quiet. We where six middle aged men on tour and found this a perfect site for our strolling and stumbeling around Ghent. Good breakfast. And friendly service. Very good book whith information about hotell and Gent in each room.
