The hotel has a midieval decor theme going, which is quite charming, but you could do without the old beds. Remember to ask for a room with a view. We stayed twice at the hotel and really enjoyed its funky charm, location and quiet rooms. Also, the staff (English speaking) are very helpful. If you're lucky, one of the staff will give an impromptu organ concert in the sitting room. This is a well-priced hotel on a side street near all the sights. Very friendly staff, good breakfast and 'atmospheric' rooms. About 250m from secure parking, the hotel itself is a bit nondescript from the street so is easy to drive right past. Tea and coffee facilities in room were much appreciated!! more
