I booked four months in advance and even confirmed my reservation two weeks upfront just to make sure. Still 2 days before my stay they were suddenly overbooked. after i decided to help them out and move to other hotel they agreed to pay the extra costs (eg.taxi) and give me a voucher. for me it wasn't about the money... more

The location of the hotel is ideal, right in the centre next to the Stadhuis. We were up in the attic, with interesting views over the rooftops, but it would not suit anyone who doesn't like climbing stairs! Amenities were good (though no tea and coffee making facilities), bathroom clean (but mind your head on the beams!). Staff were friendly... more

This hotel was not what you would expect. We had a room in the attic, no lift! The carpet was wall to wall stains and marks. Yuk. We stood in reception half an hour waiting to check in, after a long tiring drive it was not funny. more

The Good Perfect location right in the city centre.
