April 2009, my wife and I and our two 21 year olds stayed for three nights in the superior rooms. Hotel is exceptionally well looked after by the propietor and his family. Garden facing rooms avoid the train noise from the very near railway line. Car park is huge. 5 minute walk to local transport network which itself is excellent.... more

I usually arrive in Gent by train, so the location of this hotel is a bonus - it's about five minutes walk from the back door of Sint Peeters Station. However, the proximity of the railway line is a noisy drawback to what would otherwise be a very nice little hotel, even for the rooms that don't directly face it.... more
