I was very satisfied with my stay here. The hotel itself is beautiful and spotlessly clean. I spent a few minutes in the "Living Room" area and returned a bit later to find the pillows rearranged just so. A tray we left outside our room was removed in minutes. Any request big or small was handled expertly. We were very... More

Everything was clean, the bathroom was awesome, service was very friendly, helpful and quick. what more could you want. We did not use the restaurant or eat at the breakfast buffet, but it looked good. an easy 5-10 minute walk into town. The lobby and sitting rooms are quite nice and very relaxing.

Very mixed feelings about this hotel. The location was good, just a short walk into the main old city where there are loads of great restaurants and bars. It is an old building that has been nicely modernised. Our room was clean & comfortable with a really comfortable bed, which I rarely find in hotels. It was very quiet and... More

We were 3 couples that had gone away for a long weekend to celebrate a 40th birthday and a 10th wedding anniversary. I had sent several emails to the hotel prior to our visit to advise them of this and was promised we would each have a token gesture upon arrival. Alas there was nothing in our room as each... More

We spent three nights in the Reylof Hotel in April while visiting Ghent and very much enjoyed our stay. The staff were generally attentive, the décor was bold (sometimes too bold!) and overall it was a relaxing place to spend some time. The atmosphere is a mix of the grandness of the old building and the modern furnishings, with an... More

Sandton Grand Reylof is located on Hoogstraat in Ghent. It's a five minute walk from the waterside pubs of Graslei. The front desk staff were friendly and nice and the room was of decent size and came with a balcony. The toilet/shower facilities seemed like a bit of an afterthought. We paid around 130 euros a night and at that... More

We spent Easter weekend here (actually we were in Gent to watch the Tour of Flanders, which made a good talking point with some of the hotel staff who like their cycling.). Overall we were very pleased with the hotel, which is well-situated with good amenities (comfortable bar, good restaurant, wellness area (we didn't have time to try it, sadly)... More

Came here for a course. Usually get put up in marriots or standard hotel and that is what I expected but this place blew my socks off ! In a gorgeous 18th century building but done up dead modern. Amazingly cool champagne bar, fabulous and huge breakfast and had a great evening drink in the central garden area on inflatable... More

Was disappointed with this hotel, mainly because of or room. It was large and clean but there was such a small window it felt claustrophobic and dark, also no bath tub. The bar and restaurant were bright and modern but the rest of the hotel was generic and you could have been anywhere. Also was further away from the main... More
