Hotel has a good location to explore the beautiful city of Ghent. It offers a good breacfast too, nothing special, but tasty and in a local traditions. The rooms were not very clean, there is no reception, in other words - its not a hotel, but a hostel. And its very overpriced !

Overall I had a decent stay, but would not consider it good. I did not meet anyone at my check in: I just received the codes for the doors and the key was in the lock of the room. The room was very empty, with just a phone on a stool, a tiny tv and a hook on the wall... More

I spent one night at the limited-co and - given the low price - the hotel exceeded my expectations on all points. The room had a little more space than expected. Everything worked fine (including wifi) and was very clean. Not a luxury accommodation but this was adequately reflected in the price. The breakfast was excellent: the finest ham, jam,... More

We stayed for 2 nights in August 2013. The room was simple but clean and tidy with a great shower. We had the family room and it was huge, really good for a family of four that want to be all together. We did not hear any road noise inour rooom but ours was located to the rear of the... More

Most crapy place I've been in my life. And I've been to some crapy places! Rooms terrible, lifeless, smelly and more agreements with a hospital then a hotel. Traffic makes the place bounce up and down. The owner got no social skills or what so ever... Angry scary woman who should a general in some kind of army then a... More

The location of this "hotel" (I rather call it a student hostel), middle of the historical city center, is the only positive thing about this accomodation. The service is realy bad, the owner of this "hotel" is really inhospitable, unfriendly, the rooms were absolutely cheerless (had to buy ourself some little candles to make it a sort of cosy), we... not so much a hotel as rooms above a restaurant. Boiling hot ( open window if you would prefer traffic noice to overheating), toilet style soap dispensers and towels from the ark. Think student accomodation at hotel prices. Breakfast good though
