We were with a one month old baby luckily in the first floor because there is no elevator. The atmosphere was very good, it was the first time the baby slept through the night ;) The room was very spacious and fresh.

Very good hotel for a short trip in the city. Very close to the city centre, supermarkets and ecerything you need. Breakfast was included and the employees were very kind. I´ll recommend this hotel to anyone.

When arrived, we got a warm welcome with all information we needed. The room was large with a great bed. And after al the breakfast was absolutely excellent! The hotel has no elevator, please be aware of that.

A comfortable hotel this is the second time we have used it and found it was, again, comfortable and very convenient to walk around the city of Ghent especially the Christmas Market and the historic centre.

Lovely central Hotel, only complaint was the room was to hot and with the window open there was some noise from outside but, that was because we weren't aware that we could turn the heating down!! Excellent breakfast, we'll be back!

Stayed here with a group of friends, we were in separate 'flat' next door, basically 5 rooms on a narrow stairwell, some en-suites, some with a bathroom on the stairwell. Rooms were reasonably spacious and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Free WiFi is good and breakfast a typical but generous continental cold buffet. We didn't spend a lot of time... More

Too noisy, I couldn't sleep in the all night. You heard everything from the room. The room very basic, in the bathroom was not hand cream and conditioner. When you take a shower the lights in the bathroom gows automatically off and then you are totally in the dark, you need to open thw the door of the shower to... More

To arrive to the hotel from the main train station public transport is needed but the bus stops are really close by. An the center is in walking distance (10 min). The room and bathroom were clean and pretty spacious (double comfort room). With a little couch and table. The entrance of the hotel is not really clear and once... More

Although quite hard to find it was worth it. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. My room was at the top of the building with narrow stairs. If you had a large case it may be difficult to navigate. All in all it was a pleasant stay and I would stay again.

We enjoyed very much our stay, The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was nice too. Breakfast is a bit pricey, but very tasty. Service was very good and location is central. We would stay at Hotel Cathedral again.
