This b&b/hotel is great. The service is wonderful, the location is awesome (on a quiet street steps from the bus to/from central station and also just 10minute walk to the old town center). The building inside is gorgeous - mosaic tile floors, parquet and inlay floors on upper floors, period furnishings (with very modern bathrooms - at least in room... More

A delightful and charming hotel, beautifully decorated, 10 minutes walk from the centre of town. I was shown my parking space which was booked prior arrival, a bit tight but wow it is in an old building and secure. A drink was offered and a comfortable seat while booking in. I felt that I arrived in a friends house. Spacious,... More

Checked in and we knew already "this is gonna be fabulous!". Here is why, short, crisp and to the point: + fabulous decor + love to detail all over the building + all you young hotel managment school trainees: go to Hancelot and see how to check in a guest. Perfect + personal service. Both owners take time for a... More

Off a small cobbled street, walking through magnificent wooden doors is this wonderful find. Helpful staff, soothing music, a small indoor garden create a sense of peace and tranquility. Our room was spacious, spotless, with well appointed bathroom. The hotel offers bicycles which have to be paid for and is nearby to all interesting places to visit as well as... More

I've spent 4 nights in a deluxe room. The room is very generous, and includes a lovely shower, very comfort bad, a sitting area and all the facilities one may need (I've got an iron and an ironing table immediately when I asked). The room is very clean and is cleaned and refreshed every day. The hotel in general is... More

My wife and I stayed last Saturday and had a meal at "The Twilight Zone" Bistro just up from the theatre. Make sure you go to both, as we had an amazing... More

Excellent bed and breakfast hotel, beautiful building and furnishings. Extremely good for the reasonable charges. Excellent helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. One piece of advice - while the hotel's website directions are fine you can also take either of two tram routes from St Pieter's Stn to the stop right by the hotel; the trams go via the... More

What a kind words! Thank you. Service, cleanliness, atmosphere and friendliness is what our main focus is for our small 12 bedroom hotel. Indeed you can take the tram number 4 at the end of the street to the city centre (three stops) or by food it is 10 to 15 minutes walking to the historical city centre. From the... More
