This hotel is spotlessly clean. The rooms are immaculate, along with the bathrooms. The breakfast is very nice, plenty of choice for everybody. Staff are very accommodating, very pleasant and smartly dressed. The only downfall, if you are buying drinks in the bar, you do pay hotel prices . beware!!! It is much much cheaper to go to a bar... Stayed here two nights as part of a motorcycle trip. Perhaps its because we do not usually stay in such high end hotels, but it was expensive at about €140 per room per night. OK if you are sharing, but we weren't. In fairness you get what you pay for, so the guess rooms are business class, there is a... More

The staff is very welcoming and personable; I feel well taken care of; and it's one of the few hotels in which I can actually sleep well. Located just a short walk from the "town center" and many eateries, if you want something other than the hotel's own bar & restaurant (which is excellent, by the way)

My employer (a multinational company) has used this hotel for at least 15 years to accommodate employees and customers alike. After making an enormous money out of my employer (due to the very restricted numbers of decent hotels in the Aalst area) this hotel has decided to close its restaurant. This was a vital service to business travellers who often... More

Firstly it was hard to get to the hotel because of road works, not the hotels fault of course. On arrival the man at reception was really unwelcoming, I parked away from the hotel and walked there, he was reluctant to give me directions and kept saying use the map. After driving around for an hour I finally arrived to... More

Best Western Keizershof is a 4 stars hotel. I was unluckily that, when I stayed at this hotel, there were a lot of street works ongoing, so it was difficult to get to the hotel. Even on foot as it was dark and the weather was bad. The management was also renewing the entrance of the hotel so entrance was... More

My wife and I have stayed in Aalst for six separate weeks over two years. We have used the Kaisershof for the last of these weeks and have been quite disappointed by our stay. The hotel is clean and tidy, but nowhere near a 4 star, the rooms seem small and dark, and we had to ask repeatedly for the... More

Stayed only for one night. Clean and spacious hotel room with a lot of chocolates. The Breakfast was ok, expected better for a 4 star. Best Werstern was closed to the city center.Overall was a good hotel. Improvements: - No Lunch menu card. The staff could eventually make salad but overcharged. - room can not be locked (arrived late and... More

If you are looking for a pleasant enough hotel in Aalst - decent rooms (excellent shower!), small but more than adequate fitness room (3 pieces of good equipment), friendly staff and ok breakfast - this is a good place for you. If you are on a business trip or otherwise need Internet - well, forget about this place. The Internet... More
