Most of the rooms are booked by groups so it isn't always easy to find a room, but this hotel is not only well-located, it's wonderfully quirky, with a beer museum in the hotel. And a new spa that has a huge soaking pool with LED colored lights and fun water features. By way of background, at the end of... More

We stayed one night at this hotel during our travels through Belgium. It was very nice, the location and decor are amazing, it used to be a monastery. The Leffe museum is also situated in the same building and you get a visit and free tasting with your stay. The rooms were very cute and had a beautiful view of... More

We had driven for a long time, had booked online after a random search, first saw Dinant from the car and it resembled a citadel from Tolkein's imagination! The welcome we received from the hotel staff was warm and friendly, and dare I say a touch eccentric too? The hotel is a conversion of an old convent, with many features... More

We stayed there a while ago and thought it was amazing. The old monastery has been turned into a great and unique space. The rooms are functional and clean. We had a great time and will be coming back soon!!

Dinant is a pretty town in belgium and the hotel overlooks the town. And old cloister with a museum of leffe beer inside their church makes it also a special place. The owners are cool, the room we got spacious and the bathroom very pretty. In the mornignwe took the breakfast in the pretty garden. You easily can walk to... More

The hotel is an old monastery with nice simple and effective rooms : the Leffe beer museum is inside and it's absolutely a must do visit ! The tasting of the beers at the end is unforgettable ! The restaurant is top and worth a visit as well as the outside terrace with a great view on Dinant city !... More

We recently stayed here for a night. We arrived after 15.00, many customers were waiting but no staff at the reception! We had to wait 15 minutes until there was someone at the reception. We had to wait long until to do the check in. Every time the receptionist had to go herself to check if rooms were ready. Likely... More

Arriving late at Dinant it was a choice of either the Ibis or the Merveilleuse. Just looking up to the impressive old building sitting high above the river on the opposite bank was enough to convince us. We chose a view overlooking the river, the town and its battlements. Quite amazing. The old convent is very peaceful but just a... More

We recently stayed here for a night. The owner/manager was a charming lady. We had a room with an incredible view of the river and the city. The breakfast was delicious, one of the best of our trip. The facility has a delightful atmosphere from its convent past. There is even a fascinating beer museum on site that is free... More

We spent two nights here for a short break. The hotel overlooks the town of Dinant with stunning views of the town and the Citadelle. We took a room with a view of the town. The windows are small, but it was worth seeing the sun rise over the town and the mist clearing from over the river Meuse. The... More
