I'm traveling alone through Europe and I'm writing this from my cozy, under the eaves single room at the Hotel Collin. I am so delighted I found this hotel. The reception (English-speaking) was warm and friendly when I arrived, and my room is spacious and cozy with excellent Wi-Fi, plenty of storage, and big, sunny windows with excellent views of... We had one night in thus comfortable hotel set right on the Square in Bastogne. We traveled by motorcycle and the parking facilities were pretty bad, a thick gravel and shale area were it was very easy to lose your footing and topple the bike over. The rooms were very nice and comfortable but lacked aircon and with the sun... More

Hotel seemed a bit dated but the room was fine and the bathroom very modern. Possible to hear the lift even though we were not near it, so I wouldn't have wanted a room any nearer the lift. The hotel doesn't have its own parking but the main square is directly outside. Perhaps one should check the free/paying periods as... More

This was our third stop on a motorbike tour of europe, the room was clean with nice comfy beds but abit basic, no t making facilities, the hotel in situated in a square surrounded by restaurants so plenty to choose from, you are right in the middle of the battle of the bulge sites and very close to luxembourg, the... Four of us stayed here for one night . Very convenient hotel right in the middle of the square in Bastogne Clean tidy but basic rooms. Good continental breakfast. The restaurant was very good. Town was buzzing in the afternoon of the Saturday. Easy parking in the square. Great WW2 places of interest nearby. Communication problems as the staff speak... More

Bastogne is a rather depressing town when cold and wet but when the sun shines super. We nearly always stay in the Hotel Collin it is in a central position, the main Sq, and the rooms though a little dated, are clean and well maintained. This last visit we had two of our grandchildren with us and were able to... More

My wife and I stayed at tthe Hotel Collin while visiting the area involved in the battles of 1944-45. We were very surprised (and pleased!) at the size of our large room. We faced on the main square, but had no problem with noise during our stay. There are numerous restaurants and bistros in the immediate area, many of which... More

Hotel Collin is on the main town square in Bastogne, Belgium. The owner speaks english and was very helpful in pointing out attractions and sights that we might want to see while we were in town. We had a lovely room which overlooked the town square. The room and bathroom were both very nice and comfortable. The hotel is very... More

My husband and stayed at the Hotel Collin while we toured the WWII sites around Bastogne. The hotel is located right on the central square of Bastogne and while we have read the negative reviews about the noise, we experienced no problems in this regard (even sleeping with the windows open). The room was clean and very large by European... More

we arrived and parked, thought we would try the collin, as it was the nearest. we were given a room on second floor, overlooking the square, we had french doors, but these had been locked shut, so could only open the smaller window. As the hotel has no air con, it got rather hot on a night, and you needed... More
