We stayed here whilst on a european road trip. It is cheap as chips, but that does NOT equate to being good value. Seriously do yourselves a favour and spend a couple more euros for something which will be vastly better. The rooms were like a ryanair toilet (only they also stank of stale smoke). Bleurgh.

We used this hotel once before the room then was acceptable for what you paid for. We stayed here for an overnight stop before driving onto Germany. The staff got on done they job got you booked in. The rooms are small with bathroom facilities which are very small but at least you can have a shower however the toilet... More

Stayed in this hotel for one night, we had pre booked as part of a tour with check-in being busy as it was a Friday evening and I suspect the holes was extra busy with the F1 Grand Prix at Spa. Rooms are tired and tatty but on the plus side the beds and towels were nice and clean. Lovely... More

I am the friend of the previous reviewer Bichard. Our total experience was terrible. Our request for twin beds, low floor and non smoking resulted in us having a smoking double room on the top floor. No apologies and the hotel tried to charge us again for the pre paid room. Yes it is cheap but not worth even the... More

Booked this for one night when visiting Spa for F1. Knew it was close to the motorways for access to the circuit and knew it was a 'plastic' hotel. We had specific medical needs i.e. ground floor room and twin beds. This was confimed on booking and a second time diectlt to the hotel on phone and e mail. You... More

We stayed here as a cheap option for attending the Andre Rieu concert. We often use these type of budget hotels but this is the worst I have come across. I dont think it has been refurbished since it was built. My comments morror those of the previous writers - car parking security barrier was broken, non-smoking room stank of... More

Friendly reception at this out of town hotel in a commercial zone as they often are. The room was care worn but clean. The door handle was a bit loose but worked, the room was quite dark in its décor. The sink in the bathroom had cigarette burns on it even though we requested no smoking rooms. It just about... More

If this was the first premiere classe I had stayed in, I would never stay again. This particular hotel is on an industrial estate, looks run down and was noisy from other patrons moving around. Our room looked as if the door had been jemmied open from the inside, the floor was not properly cleaned and overall had the impression... More
