We stayed at this hotel when it was part of the mercure group and it was really nice. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are really nice and clean and modern. The breakfast is really nice with lot's of choice. The hotel is just a short walk away from the centre. The location is brilliant for shopping... More

Hotel was a Mercure when we stayed in July but seemed to have changed since. It has a good location being a short walk through the pedestrianised streets to the centre. It has public parking right next door with designated spaces for Mercure and a reduced cost of 12 50 Euros - not cheap but bearable. En-suite room was a... More

Advertised as a 4* hotel, has rooms equipped with melamine furniture and dispite the fact that check out time is 11:00' a cleaner started knocking on the door at 8:05' agin at 10:30' and finally at 10:55' Apart from being woken up in the morning, I... I had one night here and can certainly have no complaints but it was likewise not outstanding. That said the welcome from the staff was really good especially as i'd had a nightmare journey and arrived at 0100 in the morning! I had a double room with a 'scenic view of the car park' and it didn't much look like... More

Had a twin room. Two double beds. Clean and quite spacious. Bathroom was clean and presentable too. Air conditioning came from one of those large "radiator" type units under the window. Would have been noisy had we had it on at a decent speed. Bed was comfortable with nice cotton sheets. Breakfast was a standard buffer arrangement - all very... More

Good location, within easy walking distance of the city centre and very convenient get to by car. Hotel parking available in the car park next to the hotel, (at a price). The rooms are OK, but I wouldn't classify them as 4 star. The bathrooms are tiny. Beds are OK, but not as comfortable as other Mercure Hotels that I... More
