Good 4 star hotel with avarage service! Perfect location and comfortable to stay in!!! Been here for three nights for business. The only thing, is very pure wi-fi on the floor. Lobby is the best place to surf.

We stayed here for a couple of nights and the experience that we had here could be rated as average. This is because the rooms are quite small and the beds felt very uncomfortable. Because of them and due to the noise which is coming from the outside, we couldn't rest very well. The customer service is okay and the... More

It's a Mercure. You get a ceratin basic, reasonable standard and it's close to the city centre. It is however prety souless. The hotel bar / restaurant is dead and at 10.45pm the breakfast tables are laid, the bar man is keen to shut at 11pm prompt. And pack your clothes carefully - if your shirts are creased you will... The renovated rooms of the hotel are nice with lots of space for this price range. The strange looking seats are very comfortable. One problem : they forgot to renovate the bathroom (well maybe they fixed the floor) which is very basic and showing that it was already in use during the seventies or early eighties of last century (including... Excellent location with the ability to walk to many shops and restaurants. Good breakfast and VERY helpful staff. All of the front desk staff I encountered spoke fluent English which was tremendously helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent two nights here, and were disappointed. The room was dingy and old, and the view out the window was a concrete car park. The beds were not very comfortable - one of them seemed to be a temporary bed and the mattress was rock hard. The pillow was unusable, it was so thick. Maybe the renovated rooms are... More

Stayed here to visit Liege & the Christmas markets. The hotel is well maintained and the staff provided excellent service; we also got a complimentary drink as it was my wife's birthday. The location is excellent as it was only a short walk from the shops and the markets.

This was a very good hotel at a reasonable cost for a stay of 3 nights close to the Christmas Markets, Old Town and all of the shops, restaurants etc. The breakfast at the Hotel was very good and the bar had a light and airy feeling with a good atmosphere.

Hotel is very well situated for the downtown shopping areas and bars. The under ground parking is good, but no internal direct access into the hotel building.... maybe an issue for disabled persons altho I am sure the hotel staff would assist if requested. Room we selected was the superior option and very comfortable it was having a limited stocked... More
