Typical Mercure (better than what you get in France for that same brand). Located outside the city, in the woods. Rather goods location if you come from Zaventem. The bar area is cosy which doe not hurt and the diner average but good since there is no restaurant walking distance. I will probably have to come back in that city... More

Le Mercure hotel in Mons can be a good choice if you're travelling to Mons for job purposes or business. The location is very quiet in the middle of a forest and near a big military base. Connections to the city are not so bad if have a car...If not you'd better think to rent one. Rooms are clean and... More

Regularly stay at Mercure due to close proximity of working location. Most of the staff are friendly enough and helpful. Rooms are of a decent size. End rooms are the largest. WiFi can be a bit ht and miss depending on room location. Would be a lot better if had gym facilities but pleasant enough.

Very disappointed with my stay in Sept this year. On departing the rude receptionist informed me there was no one available to assist with my many bags on the morning I was leaving! I hold a disability hip replacement passport. When I kicked a fuss explaining this was advertised as a four Starr hotel he finally got some one from... More

Basic Hotel. In the country but no real view of anything. Clean. No Gym. Restaurant and Bar serve good food. Reasonable prices, except breakfast was $17 Euro which is crazy for what you eat. Staff is slow. I asked for a beer form the bar. The desk clerk is also the bar tender. She took 10 minutes to complete some... More
