Stayed in Mons for business for two days and was offered to stay here. Everything ok, but not a single touch of personal contact, neither during (an excellent, but aseptised) breakfast, nor at the bar, where the receptionist only shows up when needed. The front desk staff were polite, but not particularly warm. The room (a suite) was spacious, but not overly comfortable. The breakfast was fine, but not very extensive. The wifi was free, but unreliable and kept dropping out. As a business hotel, it was absolutely fine. Not great, not bad - just ok.

Fairly standard hotel, mainly used by business users judging by the singles at breakfast. Free wifi in the rooms is good, and generally everything is clean, Unfortunately the drains in the bathroom were a little too fragrant. I arrived in bitter weather in a very quiet Mons but there roars of support from the local football ground so that must have been where most of the inhabitants were. Conveniently located near the grand place the hotel was indeed my best pick compared to the other hotels I've stayed lately in the area. Staff is very friendlý , rooms are very well kept and complementary breakfast is great. There is a fitness area, steam bath and jaccuzzi + wifi at each floor. I'll be back soon

Staff were friendly. Room and bathroom very clean. Complimentary breakfast ok. But the real disappointment was the fact that there was no air conditioning and not enough fans to go around, which provided for some very very hot rooms in some unusual heat in August!
