Staff are rude and did not offer to help, they actted as if they where guest's of the hotel and where not proffesional. The hotel is situated not far from the Central station and all of the main sights. The rooms aren't luxurious, but they are spacious and clean enough, taking into account the price. Great hotel if you have little time to visit Brussels and would like to see all the major places of interest.

Basik hotel, by the metro station and near the most of sights, helpfull staff, we enjoyed!

Hotel was OK category. Rooms too small, but OK for 1 night. Cleaning of toilet and replacement of toilet equipments is a must at this hotel. About 2 kms from midi station, but we can walk. Price is also OK.

Only appropriate if you are looking for a one night stay over if the heart of Brussels. Within 5 mins walking distance from Brussels South Train Station. Toilet wasn't clean and rooms were dodgy.
